Ever since about 2010, I've used American Maid as my go-to cleaning service. Carol's and Desiree's teams have always been unbelievably nice, detailed and so easy to talk to! They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol). Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings. American Maid is my only cleaning company I'll use. Staff are amazing and my house is always clean. They definitely deserve 5 stars!
