I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly . I hope this helps another consumer to be protected

Also met me at my son's house later that day to check out an electrical issue. Bids were very acceptable and work was scheduled. Work at my son's was done a couple days later. I requested a later date due to prep work and 2 electricians arrived right on time. I had all new receptacles installed, ran 3 new circuits (AC, extra hot water tank and split a previous circuit), wiring ran for new ceiling lights, rerouting old wiring and neatening wires from a wall removal. Our little garage/shop had only 1 available receptacle for everything (freezer, lights, etc). Now we have 16 receptacles for 110 and a drop cord for 220. We are so happy! Equipment that has been sitting for years can now be used and no more blowing a breaker if too many amps are used. In the house I can plug in the vacuum without having to crawl under the table or move something to get to a receptacle. Art, Jerron and Hayden were great to work with. They all listened to us, made suggestions and accomplished everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!!!

Jared and Rusty came out on 9/1/2026 to install my whole-house generator. Before choosing them, I had four different companies give me bids. Jared was the one who came out for Trusty Rusty, and what I liked about him right away was that he just kept it real. He didn't come across like a salesman, there was no pressure, and he wasn't trying to sell me things I didn't need. He was just straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I also had the pleasure of talking with Rusty's wife while I was in Germany, and she was an absolute delight. She was friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to speak with. That kind of thing matters to me because it tells you a lot about the people behind a company. When installation day came, Jared and Rusty did the work themselves and had the entire job finished in about four hours. I was honestly impressed. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and very meticulous about their work. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. The whole experience, from getting the estimate to the final installation, was easy and comfortable. No games, no pressure, just good people doing good work. After getting four bids, I'm very glad I went with Trusty Rusty LLC. If you're looking for someone to install or service a Generac generator, I would have no problem recommending them. Great people, great service, and a job very well done. If you want, I can also make it a little more humorous and folksy so it sounds even more like a personal Facebook-style review.
