Andrew is an honest HVAC technician and standup human being. I worked in HVAC wholesale for a few…read moreyears and got to know the majority of companies in the area. There are only a handful you can trust, Andrew being one of them. Whether you're doing a new instal or need a repair, you owe it to yourself to get a quote from him. That is if he has any availability haha. I had an issue last year with my A/C. Had a company come out right away and the tech tried to sell me on something that I didn't even need. Finally was able to get AC NW out , and the rest is history. Andrew was able to fix it, without over charging me or upselling me on things I do not need. He's a dying breed in the trades industry. Worth every penny!

My dad ran his own construction firm for years and is a very honest guy. Talking with Andrew reminded me very much of talking with my dad about how to proceed with various projects around my home. He was competitive with the price, and I think it was very fair. I will have him out at servicing time, or if repairs do come up. He is not the biggest company out there, but he is the best. Doing business the way it used to be gives you the information to decide. I knew everything was going to go 100% issue free. From my first contact with him would recommend him to friends and family.

We used this company before and was happy with the service, however now 2+years later they are not!…read more We had an issue with cold air leaking around the system they installed. We asked them to come out to look and fix if need be. The technician came out but not able to "fit" (their words not mine) and could not fix the problem. They told us we had to call another company to come fix the issue. To add insult to injury we were charged $175 for this "service". We called the office to question and the lady was so rude, didn't care about this issue, and was nasty. I will pay for this non service, however I will never use this company again, and when recommending when asked will turn away ANY and ALL to from this company.

Shortly after he left I got a call from Jeanine in billing. The amount was high (about double) from what I thought, so I asked her and she replied that it was for 3.5 hours of service. She reiterated that it included commute time for the serviceman and also loading his truck with necessary supplies. Minimal supplies were needed. According to Google we live 12 minutes from their office. Even round trip should take 25-30 minutes. So here is the timeline: The repairman arrived at my house promptly at 8:10. He worked until 9:40. That's 1.5 hours. Factor in 30 minutes for the commute and that equals 2 hours! According to Jeanine's timeline The young man would have showed up to work at 7:00 AM, loaded his truck with supplies which he didn't need until 7:55, drove to my house at 8:10, worked until 9:40, drove back to the office by 9:55, handed in his paperwork, only to have Jeanine call me at 10:30 to equal 3.5 hours. All on my dime! BAD BUSINESS MODEL. Carl W.
