We asked them to come out to look and fix if need be. The technician came out but not able to "fit" (their words not mine) and could not fix the problem. They told us we had to call another company to come fix the issue. To add insult to injury we were charged $175 for this "service". We called the office to question and the lady was so rude, didn't care about this issue, and was nasty. Shortly after he left I got a call from Jeanine in billing. The amount was high (about double) from what I thought, so I asked her and she replied that it was for 3.5 hours of service. She reiterated that it included commute time for the serviceman and also loading his truck with necessary supplies. Minimal supplies were needed. According to Google we live 12 minutes from their office. Even round trip should take 25-30 minutes. So here is the timeline: The repairman arrived at my house promptly at 8:10. He worked until 9:40. That's 1.5 hours. Factor in 30 minutes for the commute and that equals 2 hours! According to Jeanine's timeline The young man would have showed up to work at 7:00 AM, loaded his truck with supplies which he didn't need until 7:55, drove to my house at 8:10, worked until 9:40, drove back to the office by 9:55, handed in his paperwork, only to have Jeanine call me at 10:30 to equal 3.5 hours.
