I had an outlet installed in a closet and a light with a pull chain. The owner claimed his tech needed 10 hours and numerous trips to the house to complete the job. Also met me at my son's house later that day to check out an electrical issue. Bids were very acceptable and work was scheduled. Work at my son's was done a couple days later. I requested a later date due to prep work and 2 electricians arrived right on time. I had all new receptacles installed, ran 3 new circuits (AC, extra hot water tank and split a previous circuit), wiring ran for new ceiling lights, rerouting old wiring and neatening wires from a wall removal. Our little garage/shop had only 1 available receptacle for everything (freezer, lights, etc). Now we have 16 receptacles for 110 and a drop cord for 220. We are so happy! Equipment that has been sitting for years can now be used and no more blowing a breaker if too many amps are used. In the house I can plug in the vacuum without having to crawl under the table or move something to get to a receptacle. Art, Jerron and Hayden were great to work with. Of course you can hire an unlicensed handyman to handle little electrical jobs like replacing an outlet, but if you need something more significant done, I can honestly recommend chilson to do a fair work.

This summer I turned it back on again, it ran for a couple days and started leaking again and I thought, huh, this is weird. So instead of calling for a service fee, it is the weekend I went online, went to YouTube,and saw how to take the thing apart. I noticed that the drain tube for the condenser was not hooked up to the drain PAN. So every time it was working, the water wasn't going anywhere, except for down the front of our wall. Anyway, long story short, I'm sure it was just to skip over, but if your unit is dripping, take it apart and make sure that the back of the drip PAN is hooked into the condenser water line probably using wrong terminology.

I called Renaud and they picked up on the first ring. A service tech (Gary) showed up at our house in Kalama within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes: a blown 3 amp fuse in the furnace blower section (in the garage) caused by a frayed wire in the bottom of the condenser unit (outside the house). He took the lid off of the condenser unit, climbed inside, repaired the damaged wire; all while it was raining. He replaced the fuse, and we were back online in less than 30 minutes. The service call and work was less than $300 and we were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and expertise. The price was affordable and we're grateful to Renaud.
