Not one has called back. The professional way to handle people is to call them back and ask them what they need. Find out if it's something they are willing to wait for you to have time to do later...i.e. not an emergency. And offer them your earliest non emergency opening. This company called me back within an hour. The woman was very clear about how busy they were. And told me the earliest time they had an opportunity to help me with my electrical problems. I am already happy with the professional response I received. I will review the work when they get here...in October!

Showed up on time and cleaned up. Went above and beyond, explained everything and offered choices. Even hung the ceiling fan and painted the outside conduit to match the trim. Tray was exceptional from start to finish - he came out promptly for the estimate, provided a detailed quote with a complete description of the work, and made scheduling incredibly easy. On installation day, Tray arrived right on time and worked diligently to install all seven fans. The work was thorough and professional. I particularly appreciated how he cleaned up afterward, removing all the old fans and work debris. I highly recommend Karlsen Electric for any residential or commercial electrical needs. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service made this a hassle-free experience from start to finish. To top it all off, we feel like we paid a great price as well. We had other quotes that Karlsen beat!

He got it done in under 15 minutes, but since the minimum cost is 1hr if labor, he offered to answer questions and check out other issues that I didn't expect. Prices are standard for trustworthy, quality, union work in the area ($135 min fee just for coming out and 1hr of labor, plus more for parts). Of course you can hire an unlicensed handyman to handle little electrical jobs like replacing an outlet, but if you need something more significant done, I can honestly recommend chilson to do a fair work.

This summer I turned it back on again, it ran for a couple days and started leaking again and I thought, huh, this is weird. So instead of calling for a service fee, it is the weekend I went online, went to YouTube, and saw how to take the thing apart. I noticed that the drain tube for the condenser was not hooked up to the drain PAN. So every time it was working, the water wasn't going anywhere, except for down the front of our wall. Anyway, long story short, I'm sure it was just to skip over, but if your unit is dripping, take it apart and make sure that the back of the drip PAN is hooked into the condenser water line probably using wrong terminology.

I called Renaud and they picked up on the first ring. A service tech (Gary) showed up at our house in Kalama within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes: a blown 3 amp fuse in the furnace blower section (in the garage) caused by a frayed wire in the bottom of the condenser unit (outside the house). He took the lid off of the condenser unit, climbed inside, repaired the damaged wire; all while it was raining. He replaced the fuse, and we were back online in less than 30 minutes. The service call and work was less than $300 and we were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and expertise. The price was affordable and we're grateful to Renaud.

I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly .
