Not one has called back. The professional way to handle people is to call them back and ask them what they need. Find out if it's something they are willing to wait for you to have time to do later...i.e. not an emergency. And offer them your earliest non emergency opening. This company called me back within an hour. The woman was very clear about how busy they were. And told me the earliest time they had an opportunity to help me with my electrical problems. I am already happy with the professional response I received. I will review the work when they get here...in October!

This summer I turned it back on again, it ran for a couple days and started leaking again and I thought, huh, this is weird. So instead of calling for a service fee, it is the weekend I went online, went to YouTube, and saw how to take the thing apart. I noticed that the drain tube for the condenser was not hooked up to the drain PAN. So every time it was working, the water wasn't going anywhere, except for down the front of our wall. Anyway, long story short, I'm sure it was just to skip over, but if your unit is dripping, take it apart and make sure that the back of the drip PAN is hooked into the condenser water line probably using wrong terminology.

I called Renaud and they picked up on the first ring. A service tech (Gary) showed up at our house in Kalama within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes: a blown 3 amp fuse in the furnace blower section (in the garage) caused by a frayed wire in the bottom of the condenser unit (outside the house). He took the lid off of the condenser unit, climbed inside, repaired the damaged wire; all while it was raining. He replaced the fuse, and we were back online in less than 30 minutes. The service call and work was less than $300 and we were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and expertise. The price was affordable and we're grateful to Renaud.

The owner spent several hours with me last late afternoon into the mid evening finding more clogs and thoroughly flushing them out. These were never identified by the home inspector when I purchased this ole "dream home" in beautiful Longview. After the purchase, drains kept clogging; we never could be confident to use sinks, toilets. Joe at "Drain King" Company knew why, explained and set up a plan for future adjustments needed to keep our lines clear. He didn't just leave after one toilet unclogged, but searched out other problems until our whole home now has entire clear pipes. And he wasn't bad on my pocket book at all! The master plumber - owner at this company has been doing this trade as a teenager, now still a young man, with tons of energy and optimism. He really grins when the plugged line finally lets up and burps. You really will get your money's worth plus more when you have Joe over to deal with your pipes! We would have unnecessarily replaced a toilet had we not found The Drain King.

We have had Vertechs relocate light fixtures in our ceiling and walls as well as relocate and add fire detectors. They have serviced our breaker box as well as interior and exterior outlets. Their technicians have always been polite, respectful and informative when explaining the issues they have discovered and how they conducted the repairs. Last week they were at our home as we were having issues with original outlets installed by the builder shutting off and becoming extremely hot. The problem was taken care of the same day I called as the issues were very serious to me. I really like the fact that I am informed of their progress and proximity to my home when they are coming to the house to conduct repairs. I also have 18 foot ceilings in parts of the home as well as in the stairway to the second floor and they are the only company I have found who will come out to change lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries at those ceiling heights. I highly recommend Vertechs, they are the only electrical company I will use and I feel very fortunate they do not find any electrical home service task too small to be willing to work on as other companies have. Call them for service and you will find their customer service exemplary.
