A long overdue review. These guys did our panel replacement a couple years ago. I just came across…read morethe invoice and decided to post this review. They provided us three options and we went with the full replacement. The pricing was perfect for our budget and the estimates provided were explanative. They handled everything from the permit, disconnect scheduling, installation, and inspection. The inspector said it was one of the cleanest installations they had seen in a long time. That stood out. We just recently had an electrician friend over and he said the same thing. These guys do it right. Definitely call them.

I don't have enough space on this review to give the praise that Brandon at CPI Electric deserves…read more Brandon has been tending to our rental properties for a few years now, and always communicates well, is on time for every scheduled job, has incredibly fair pricing and genuinely cares about the work being done and the value you are receiving for the money paid for services. Most recently, we had an issue at our personal home, something we had been ignoring for longer than I'm proud to admit, and within an hour Brandon had identified and solved the problem, keeping the cost of our project low, and ultimately our home and family safe from a possible electric fire. I truly cannot thank Brandon and CPI Electric enough, and hope anyone looking for a knowledgeable, respectable and fair electrician, will consider using CPI Electric. Thank you Brandon! Our HVAC system (heater) stopped working on the day after Christmas (a Friday). I called different…read moreHVAC companies and nobody picked up the phone. I called Renaud and they picked up on the first ring. A service tech (Gary) showed up at our house in Kalama within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes: a blown 3 amp fuse in the furnace blower section (in the garage) caused by a frayed wire in the bottom of the condenser unit (outside the house). He took the lid off of the condenser unit, climbed inside, repaired the damaged wire; all while it was raining. He replaced the fuse, and we were back online in less than 30 minutes. The service call and work was less than $300 and we were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and expertise. The price was affordable and we're grateful to Renaud.

First, let me say that we overall are very impressed with Renaud heating and cooling. However, we…read morehad a service called done last year, and after the service call, I noticed that our hvac unit, which is mitsubishi split unit was leaking during the summer, so I shut it off, and we didn't use it all summer. This summer I turned it back on again, it ran for a couple days and started leaking again and I thought, huh, this is weird. So instead of calling for a service fee, it is the weekend I went online, went to YouTube, and saw how to take the thing apart. I noticed that the drain tube for the condenser was not hooked up to the drain PAN. So every time it was working, the water wasn't going anywhere, except for down the front of our wall. Anyway, long story short, I'm sure it was just to skip over, but if your unit is dripping, take it apart and make sure that the back of the drip PAN is hooked into the condenser water line probably using wrong terminology.
