We had Master's ground and check out our outlets in the home we were purchasing, which went fine…read more Fast forward to about 6 months later, we were experiencing a breaker tripping to a couple rooms in the house. I called to check if they had a warranty on their work, and was told someone would come out to take a look. (Mind you, I had to call twice - the first appointment that was set up was somehow overlooked.) When the guy came out, it was determined it "could be" the sump pump, but wasn't likely. He checked the outlet it was plugged into with a circuit tester, which tripped the outlet. We also plugged the sump pump into a different outlet altogether, and the original one was still tripping. So, not the sump pump. I received an invoice for $129 - saying they determined the sump pump was the problem. They did eventually comp the bill for us, but before they did I had to receive a talking to as how "service calls work" and that they can't just send someone out without charging. I know how service calls work. The issue is about integrity and standing behind your work. It seems like they didn't want to put in the effort to figure out the problem, so they blamed it on the sump pump. If your work left a faulty connection/breaker/outlet, it should be fixed.

They provided us three options and we went with the full replacement. The pricing was perfect for our budget and the estimates provided were explanative. They handled everything from the permit, disconnect scheduling, installation, and inspection. The inspector said it was one of the cleanest installations they had seen in a long time. That stood out. I thought their had been a mistake,so I called and talked to the owner about it. The bill was in fact correct and the total was 950.00. I had an outlet installed in a closet and a light with a pull chain. The owner claimed his tech needed 10 hours and numerous trips to the house to complete the job. The worst part of this is that the charge was 88.00 an hour. What a rip off For any job you have done,get an estimate for the job.Never go hourly,it always benefits the buisness and not the consumer. Will never think about using this sad excuse for a company again
