And then, they advised us to replace the pump and also said that the pump was not able to push the water into the drain field fast enough so our field is probably failing. Later (after a week of my bugging them) they sent me an estimate for a new pump and a drain field investigation. Total Cost: $4880. Forgetaboutit, I thought. I called another company who sent someone out who gave me some good advice... for free. I then did my own testing and found that the pump was successfully pumping 50 gallons per minute into my "failing" drain field. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my system. These guys were just trying to "up-sell" me services that I didn't need.

This was in December 2023. Many phone calls, and return of certified letters have failed to reach a resolution. I did get a refund of $1400 but not the $2000. I asked for copies of any work that was done for the missing $600 and was not provided with either verbal or written documentation. It's been over 2 years now and this firm is uncooperative and does not follow through on business contracts, even if paid for. There is not excuse other than for 2 years I have been told the designer has just got back from vacation. Choose another business for your septic design work. You will save frustration and the loss of money paid.
