Today has been so stressful and hectic for our family. We just bought a new house and unfortunately…read more(although the piping and everything had just been replaced) we were having water that would not properly drain from our toilet or shower. I called the office out of Chehalis (I think someone named Tammy helped me). Tammy was quick over the phone, not much too say. I had to ask her about pricing and what not before she rushed me off. I get it. The day turned around once Steven (Stephen?) showed up!! This guy is hardworking, transparent, quick to the point and very thorough. I feel like I completely lucked out with him as our "plumber". He talked me through the whole process and explained every little detail. Even made some recommendations about different (safe) toilet paper to buy for our plumbing and chemicals for cleaning. He also didn't mind our dog or crazy household. He did exactly what we needed (which was basically pushing a ton of rocks out of our pipes). Above and beyond service from this gentleman. If you have issues, Steven with roto-rooter is your guy!! Also a fair price for the work that was completed. I will call in the future if we have issues (hopefully not). Thanks Steven!!
