I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and work ethic they displayed as it took approximately twice as long as was expected. They just kept at it until all three lines were completely cleared and running clear. Sean was the lead on this group. I thought the final cost was very reasonable considering they and a two man crew from Goeble worked for nearly 4 hours on what was originally estimated to take a little over half that time.

So I was nervous when I needed a plumber. But they worked fast, as if they were trying to get the job done as quickly as possible to keep the bill down. They could have dragged their heals a little bit to puff up the bill, but they didn't. Given that this isn't a business that can benefit from repeat business from loyal customers, it is honesty for honesty's sake.

Today has been so stressful and hectic for our family. We just bought a new house and unfortunately…read more(although the piping and everything had just been replaced) we were having water that would not properly drain from our toilet or shower. I called the office out of Chehalis (I think someone named Tammy helped me). Tammy was quick over the phone, not much too say. I had to ask her about pricing and what not before she rushed me off. I get it. The day turned around once Steven (Stephen?) showed up!! This guy is hardworking, transparent, quick to the point and very thorough. I feel like I completely lucked out with him as our "plumber". He talked me through the whole process and explained every little detail. Even made some recommendations about different (safe) toilet paper to buy for our plumbing and chemicals for cleaning. He also didn't mind our dog or crazy household. He did exactly what we needed (which was basically pushing a ton of rocks out of our pipes). Above and beyond service from this gentleman. If you have issues, Steven with roto-rooter is your guy!! They told me…read moreif there are any problems the work is guaranteed and less than a week later the toilet is backing up again so I called them and they told me that the work is only guaranteed if I opted for "the Camera Service" which I was told "I didn't opt for probably to save money" I explained that I was never told about a camera service and that I was certainly never told that the work was only guaranteed if I opted for the "Camera Service" The guy at Roto-Rooter basically told me I was a liar. Which of course is not the case. He then told me they would have to charge me again the full price plus $70 more for the "Camera Service" which was the first time I heard of the "camera service" Very unfair and dishonest practice.
