My mower was stuck here for 2 months. On a warranty situation. I get Troy Bilt is a terrible product !! Power shop was waiting for parts from them. My issue with The Power Shop !! Over 2 months time. I left numerous messages & never got a return call. Jonathan in sales is the most respectable employee & definitely the only one that shared any concern. Just wrong dept. Justin in repairs. Must be over worked. He will not call you back & could really careless of your situation. Always same info. Parts ordered & manager of parts will be notified. You will never hear from her either. If you use this place. Best make the drive & show up. U Will Never Get A Return Call. They did fix it !! Customer service is terrible. Kudos to Jonathan ! Need more employees like u. Sorry ! For well over 35 years I have been going to the Powershop. I went there today only to discover that the Powershop will not work on my Husqvarna lawnmower. Reason provided was, "they can't get parts for the Husqvarna". That sounds like they have enough repair business from the mowers they sell. You better call ahead and verify that they would be willing to work on your equipment before you drive 35 miles to get there. Previously, Sid worked on everything I brought to him. We have a electric Cub Cadet LT42E that we purchased from a big box store just under a year ago and one of it's motors had failed. We contacted the Power Shop to see if they could help us and they said yes. While discussing the issue with Rebekah we provided a video showing the error codes which confirmed dead motor. We took it in to them, they confirmed the issue and replaced the motor. We had the Cub back in a week. They covered the repair under warranty. We used it immediately that day before rain arrived and it works great. We are extremely happy with the service that we received from the Power Shop. Especially since this Cub was not bought from them. We will definitely use them in the future. read more

Bought a new Gravely from them and it needed some warranty work. One person told me that the pick-up and delivery fee would be waived and another said NO. I had to pay $70.00 for someone to pick-up and deliver for someone going by the house for another job anyway. Stopped using them and will not ever recommend this place to anyone. Just bought a brand new Ferris 61" lawnmower. Four shocks, super comfortable seat and so much better on my back. Ferris is the way to go!! Much better warranty. read more

The Power Shop is a nice place. It has a local feel, and they have the capability to help with anything you need. They have my riding lawnmower attached to my name in their database, so I never have to worry about trying to figure out what part I need. They just look it up and know what kind of oil I need, what spark plug I need, what air filter I need, etc. Sheri Sandifer is their parts manager and she does a great job! read more

Very knowledgeable. I only bought a small lawn mower but they me feel like I was important and my money went a long way.

Whenever I need a part for a small engine the Power Shop has it and for me every time it has been exactly the same part as the original. You can't beat these people for service and expertise (and coffee if you get there in the morning). They can also get the wierd bolts and screws that manufacturers like to use that you can't find at Fastenal or anywhere south of Tacoma or north of Portland. Sincerely, David Parker read more

As for the first reviewer, good for him. I am glad they treated him with kindness; my experience was not the same. Our riding lawn mower needed servicing for starting issues, so we called The Power Shop. We were told to bring it in. We did... and asked when we could expect it to be finished; was told it would be 18 days. 18 days went by, hadn't heard anything; called to check the status... was told it hadn't even been looked at yet. Confused, I asked why? SHE very RUDELY said, "You were told that it would be 18 days when you brought it in."... ..First off, OK? It has been well over 18 days, I am confused as to what the hold up is, waiting on parts, etc. Finally, it was explained to me that the 18 days was a lead-time of sorts, so what they REALLY meant and DID NOT clarify, that it would be 18 days before it was even looked at. Ok. Now I understand, no problem. Received a call a few days later, it was ready for pick up; picked the mower up, parked it. A week went by, moved the mower, discovered an oil leak (that was NOT there prior to the service). Figuring something had been jarred, or not tightened correctly, I called to see what they thought. (I was not angry, nor did I have an attitude when calling... it was a minor issue that could be fixed). I was transferred to the service manager and after KINDLY explaining the situation, I stated I felt like we should not be charged for this, since it was NOT leaking prior to the visit. I was VERY careful to not sound like I was accusing them of anything. I then asked, if we bring it in, was it going to take another 3 weeks? This question irritated him. He was short and quite rude in the conversation, in the end, he stated we were just playing a guessing game and they would have to have the tractor back in to see. I again asked if it would take 3 weeks. He VERY RUDLEY put me in my place, by saying, "I just told you no... A few minutes ago."... okay....??? I was taken back and could not believe what he just said to me. Ya know, excuse ME for clarifying the time frame! His tone left me feeling stupid. No sugar coating here... He was rude and needs to learn manners. He then became even ruder so ya know what? I told him he could take his business and HIS attitude and shove it. The bottom line.... as far as service, they are ok. As far as people skills; certain employees REALLY need to respect their customers more. Such a simple thing as this should have been handled with ease. Too bad for them. They lost a customer. read more

Love them. Brought in my generator cz it wouldn't start anymore. They said they'll look at it by the next day. Two guys helped me get it out of my truck and right off the back hev asked if there's enough oil in it. Me thinking I did everything right, said "I just added some". He checked it anyway and it was too low (embarrassing). He added some oil and it powered up right away. They didn't even charge me for the oil and helped me get it back in my truck. If you are a big commercial account, no problem. If you are a little guy needing a repair, there are much better places close by to go to.

Ordered Toro parts on afternoon of 3/22. On 3/28 hadn't heard anything and called to inquire about order status. "By coincidence" parts had just come in and were being boxed up for shipment. That evening I did get a tracking number, parts finally showed up on 4/4. Apparently these people don't actually stock the parts, they just order and forward. Decent price but the $25 I saved wasn't worth the 2 week down time. Won't use again unless I'm desperate and have lots of time. read more
