I'm out $got another one 350 bucks for the most horrible tuneup job on the planet. I definitely would not recommend taking anything to these people.

Back in November 2023, I took my BR600 blower in to be looked at. It was acting pukey, on off button needed fixed. I figured it needed a tune up, I purchased it at pawn shop 3 years ago for under 300 dollars, never had it serviced ran like a champ, and I'm hard on them! So I thought maybe bad gas, spark plug etc. They call and tell me a few weeks later that it needs carburetor rebuilt and valves adjusted. I asked how much, and I believe it was well over 300 dollars. I said ok let me think on it. My father had just been admitted to hospital with a brain bleed and wasn't doing well. The guy on phone said well you will need to pick it asap, like it was taking up alot of space? I was completely pissed after telling him about my situation he didn't care. So I went and picked it up, I believe I paid 50 bucks to have her looked at. I didn't have the time back then to look at it and was using my new 800 I had purchased from them. Well guess what? Last week I pulled the old girl out put new gas and new plug in her, yup she runs great! Same carburetor and no valve adjustment!!!!! Ladies beware, try and have someone who is mechanically inclined, look at your machine before going here, and get charged for repairs you don't need! Absolutely disgusted with them! I will go here for warranty stuff, but I will no longer step foot anywhere near here!

The main perks include: Communicative Good pricing with skilled work Easy to schedule, drop-off, and pick-up I have a 1988 Honda push mower. It's from the days when Honda's residential mowers had commercial quality and has been a stalwart for my family for 38 years. I couldn't find parts to fix it myself and brought it to the Mower Shop. They repaired the cable and gave me a full tune and the cost was far less than buying a new, lesser quality mower. The repairs took 1 week, which I consider fast for this time of year when everyone is getting there machines ready for summer. Highly recommend.

I had a small engine that wouldn't fire. Up front I was informed it would be probably 150.00, I…read morerequested anything over that to call. I also informed them that I replaced the sparkplug. The bill was a little over 160.00...130.00 being labor. The sparkplug was replaced and the one I put in was in a bag on the item I brought in. They seem to be the only game in town, but sadly don't seem to listen to the customer very well. If it's something minor I'd suggest seeking out someone who knows a thing or two and consider this place as a last resort.

April, 2024 purchased a new Honda mower for $800+. Started it up when got home (hard to start BTW)…read moreand it smoked real bad. Thought it was just rings needed to be seated. These things come to the dealer shipped with a quart of oil on the side. I now assume dealer put the oil in it as they tested it before bringing it to me. Because we were out of the state for much a year we took it back to SISKUN in May 2025 for a check. They discovered internal engine damage (we only started the mower a maximum of 6 times due to weather and our in-state presence). When working with Honda SISKUN told them it looked like the engine had been run low on oil. We didn't run it enough to run low and when I checked the oil level it was good. But Siskun's statement to Honda caused Honda to refuse support. SISKUN disassembled the engine and returned the parts in a box.
