The manager did give us at no charge the grease and oil needed to do the job. You just have to not assume that the job is done right, in today's world, you can't take anyone at their word and double check your own equipment. Nice people but hard to find reliable workers.

I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

No one there to help with shoes ( we looked for 30 minutes) 2. Find a pair of shoes, when we get to the counter realize the box is torn, shoes are scuffed, and full of dog hair! ( Yep they were on the shelf that way) 3. When I noticed the condition of the shoes and pointed it out, the cashier acted offended that I said we would buy a different pair. 4. Find a different pair and go to pay , go to set my water that I purchased on the counter so I can get my wallet and there is plant dirt all over the counter!! Now I've offended another cashier!!!
