I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

The first time I used it in March 2023, it blew oil all over the deck and motor. Pape Sumner picked it up. I called to find out the problem, crickets. When it was returned there was no repair paperwork. I called and pried the mysterious repair information out of one of the employees, who wasn't helpful and no apologies. It was under warranty. After the 3rd time I ran the machine, the bagger motor belt broke, 2023. I took the motor off and threw up my hands, they installed it! In 2024 I had to tighten the oil filter it was leaking. It held till March 2026 and leaked again, so I tightened it. A few months ago I was so fearful something else would go wrong with this lemon I bought the Turf guard extra warranty. Now June 13 2026 the bolt that brings the deck up and down fell out or was never in, not sure. It was rubbing against the belt (Unknown to me) shredded it, the cord in the belt wrapped around the pulleys. I looked on the internet and most cases it's a manufacture defect or the assembly error. It should not have popped out! I called Pape today Tuesday, it was difficult to do as their store possess an atmosphere of the black cloud of doom. I am the one who said "thank you" twice, he was the one who said nothing pleasant! They need to implement customer service training classes. I will send another review after this new issue is resolved. Did I mention my riding mower X330 has ONLY 45 hours on it! Pape gets a one star because my machine is actually being picked up in 5 days instead of 2 weeks.

We have a car wash with high and low pressure hoses strung across 7 bays. When a hose breaks, it can shut down the whole bay or even the entire car wash. These guys are our go-to for hose repair. They have saved our business may times. They are quick, knowledgeable and have a great attitude. They come out any time and aren't expensive. Melanie in the office is a gem. When we required a special hose they don't normally carry, she ubered out the correct hose so that the technician didn't need to go from Seattle to Kent and back. I highly recommend them.

We needed a leak fixed on my crane so we could…read moreget it certified later that day, the tech came out and couldn't repair the hard line issue but said we could do a soft line to repair the leak until we could get it into the repair shop for a more permanent fix. We'll in installing the soft line the tech bent and broke the line next to it so when the guy that went to certify the crane fired up the truck it shot oil 12' in the air. Needless to say we couldn't get the crane certified and have a broken truck but now the business is saying their not responsible and basically if we want to fix their mistake that we would have to Pay them. Well needless to say you've lost a customer and hopefully others will heed this warning. I would suggest taking your repairs to someone that will stand behind their work because we went from one issue to now not even being able to put the crane away. Thanks for nothing...
