I was gifted to use the lawn more and chainsaw I took them both up to cutters supply to have them serviced he did an excellent job they explain to me how to service the chainsaw replace the chain as needed. Recently purchased a Stihl Ms261cm and could not have gone easier. The owners took plenty of time to crank it up and answer all my questions. I felt like I was dealing with somebody who knew how the saw operated unlike the big box stores where they can't tell you what size chain fits your saw. Could not have been more pleased. My Brother who is disabled just left the store and left his phone in there so he calls everybody says oh no we don't know where your phone is. But we have tracked my phone and it's pinging right in their store and I asked her to please look at the videos and she said no so that just lets me know that one of her employees or maybe the owner stole his phone it's in the store but they won't look at the videos horrible service very rude and now their thieves!! Also was very rude to my brother when he walked in nobody would greet him and when he asked for help they got rude then he got a little upset then five guys came out and surrounded him like they were going to beat him up and then they stole his phone and he's disabled come on Enumclaw I thought we were better than this!! This place is losing its touch people go to Issaquah or the do it center in Maple Valley much better service much friendlier much more professional and they probably won't steal your phone. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars for this place. I guess I am a sucker since I took a saw in for service a few years ago and got similar service. They told me they would call in a day or so, after two weeks I went in and asked about status. The person at the counter seemed disinterested, by eventually found my saw on a shelf, no work done. She assured me that the service guy would call the next day. Another two weeks went by. Went in and they found the saw disassembled, but the service tech not there. They left him a note. Both counter people did not apologize for this appalling service. I was polite and thanked them for telling the service guy to all me, asked them to write that has been over a month with no call. Top notch customer service. Worst Winter in more than a decade and my DR snow thrower goes on the blink! Manufacturer recommends I contact Cutters. Raleigh patiently talks me through some troubleshooting involving voltmeters and other things I'm unfamiliar with and in the course of two calls to Cutters I fixed the machine myself. Never would have done it without them and it didn't cost me a cent. I almost wish my machine would break for real so I could bring it in and give them my business - they deserve it! read more

Cutters Supply has in my experience been nothing short of fantastic. I have purchased items for my Stihl chainsaw and Line trimmer, a conversion kit for a Country Gas Stove, and now parts for my TroyBilt Tiller. Each time the staff have gone above and beyond what I expected in service for these items. The stove and tiller are not current models but they found the correct parts and surprisingly, at a lower cost than available on the internet at eReplacementparts or any other of the sites. I believe the front staff are doing the best they can to help the tech in the shop, he/she might be overwhelmed or some issue, we just don't know. I just phoned in, gave the model number of my tiller engine, Raleigh took my number, he asked a couple questions to make sure it was the coil because I may not even need one. He gave me a call back within 5 minutes with the parts quote and said they'd be ready when I got there. This is a small local business that deserves to be utilized and kept in business! If you are anywhere near Enumclaw, give them a shot, they will do everything they can to help. Don't let a couple reviews turn you away, especially from folks that are rarely satisfied. read more

I have been shopping at Cutters for over 10 years. I have always received good customer service and competent equipment repair when needed. I am writing this review as I noticed they had some poor reviews on Yelp. One is a lady who thinks they should service her blower for free, the sign on the counter clearly states that there is a $35 minimum service or diagnosis charge. The other is a person is upset with the service turn around he received, they do get backed up, but I've always received a fairly accurate estimate when I ASKED.
