They were on time, had the right equipment. Pumped out the tanks. Charged a bunch of money. $740!!. Back in 2020 it was $175. That seems like a big increase. And then, they advised us to replace the pump and also said that the pump was not able to push the water into the drain field fast enough so our field is probably failing. Later (after a week of my bugging them) they sent me an estimate for a new pump and a drain field investigation. Total Cost: $4880. Forgetaboutit, I thought. I called another company who sent someone out who gave me some good advice... for free. I then did my own testing and found that the pump was successfully pumping 50 gallons per minute into my "failing" drain field. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my system. These guys were just trying to "up-sell" me services that I didn't need. read more

They deserve Zero stars. Our realtor contacted them to pump our septic in Olympia, as required by state law, during an attempt at a 10 day closing on our house sale. The first day, some guy "poked around" in the area on the map of our septic pump access but couldn't find it. He said the next step is flushing a pill with tracer down the toilet to find the tank, BUT he doesn't carry one on his truck, so... They had to come back the next day and Yes, they charged another service fee of $235! This guy said he didn't need the pill, he just probed deeper, where the tanks really are. After he found it, he charged $400! to dig a hole to access the tank. At the end of the day, he said there is a hole in one of the really big bright green lids in the front and back yard that cannot pass inspection so the lid needs to be replaced. Of course, the dope on day 1 failed to see this hole, and now the second guy Of Course doesn't carry an extra lid on his truck. The guy who could order the lid and provide the price had already gone home! Day 3: "luckily" for us the lid showed up ($36 online, they charged $126) and was put on by the afternoon, incurring Another service fee. Day 4.: it took another day for them to fill out and send the TOT form to the county...the most important form in getting a real estate transaction affecting people's lives to close. Appalling! Such morons!! Do even think of calling them! They are out to rape you with their Stupidity. read more

Ezra came out to pump and inspect our septic system on 8/25/2020. Very professional, personable guy whon didn't mind all our dogs. He pumped the full tank super quick! He took the time to explain our system to both me and my wife. He noticed some issues that he was able to address same day and stayed late vs scheduling another trip which we appreciate. My septic alarm woke me up on Saturday morning, so I immediately silenced the alarm, checked the breakers and wiring running to the pump and everything seemed fine. Everything, except the pump was dead. I called EnviroTech at 8:01 this morning (Monday) and they were able to send someone out same day!! Andy inspected my only 3 year old pump and was shocked to see that it had in fact burnt out... he happened to have one on his truck, installed it, and was so incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. The worker broke my irrigation pipe when he was here to pump the septic tank. I had told him the pipe probably runs over the tank, yet he did not take sufficient caution. He also tried to sell me 4 products/services that I don't need. That was over a month ago, and the owner is still not saying he'll pay for the repair to the pipe. Some contractors I've had have said they are terribly embarrassed when they've wrecked something of mine, and immediately say they'll pay for the damage, and they ask me to just tell them how to make it right; others have excuses that insult my intelligence. Had a major septic service through this business. They have poor communication in terms of before, during and after a several thousand dollar project. They did not respond to my multiple attempts to contact them for them to come back to my property to correct the problem. Had to file a complaint with the BBB, write a yelp review, notify the Thurston County Septic Division, and Attorney Generals Office Consumer Protection Division. If you are looking for a business that doesn't care about good customer service, happily takes your money, then doesn't respond, then you definitely want to hire Envirotech. read more

We have used EviroTech Solution's services twice. Both times it was for older, more complicated systems. Ezra is so knowledgable and professional, he totally took care of our needs. He's also a friendly guy and took the time to help us understand how the system works and what we could do--or avoid doing--to make it work better. When something was going sideways, he made a point of getting there quickly. Septic systems are an example of the "out of sight, out of mind" parts of life that are easy to ignore until they really go sideways--and then the fixes can be more expensive. I suggest having Ezra come out sooner rather than later to check out your system. Just call Rosie in their office (360/273-3840); she is also quite professional proficient--and friendly. I am so disapointed in Envirotech. I have used them for 14 years and always bragged them up to my friends on the quality of work and their service... until last week. My septic backed up 8 weeks after they "fixed" the problem. That didn't upset me.. things like that happen. What upset me was that for SEVEN DAYS I tried to get ahold of them and left 4 or 5 messages. Finally, on the 7th day I received a call and explained the problem. I was told they'd look at my file and do som research and call me back. Never got a call. After battling with the mess all weekend, I called AGAIN and asked that the call me this morning (Monday). Again... no call. I gave up on them and called another septic outfit. So so sooooooooooooooooooo let down by them. Horrible customer service. I'll never use them again. read more

We had a cracked septic tank that is located in the Henderson watershed for a rental property. We are located out of state & contacted several companies who were qualified to do repairs and replacements. When we contacted Envirotech, John had detailed the process & associated costs over the phone and then had Judith email me a written estimate. After inspecting the property, he obtained a permit from the county to replace the tank, then contacted me to set up an appt to complete the job, letting me know all potential installation issues he could run in to based on my property. After completion, he called again to let me know how everything went and which issues did and did not come up. He kept me in the loop, had a fair price & completed everything as we had discussed. I received the county certificate the other day documenting that everything was complete & I'm good for another 3 years for inspection. Then today I also received a phone call from John checking in to do a final follow up. I will be using Envirotech in the future & recommend anyone else who needs their services does too! read more
