Stopped in yesterday for help in closing an account. Friendly, and took care of everything in a timely manner.

I have been with U.S. cellular for 30 years. My family and I have a plan paying them over 200.00 a…read moremonth. We have never been so much as a day like on a bill. This is the thanks we get. I went in to the Longview wa store a few weeks ago for help with my phone. The Representative told me she could help me lower my bill with my very same plan it was now cheaper...I was leery so I asked her three times "are you sure this is the same plan" she promised me the only difference was it had some kind of spam call blocker and was 25.00 cheaper that was it. So I agreed. Soon after all 4 phones weren't Connecting to hotspot. I went and complained and they told me they were very sorry they had just forgot to turn them on..we got them turned on and for the 1st time ever I ran out of hotspot...I called they somehow talked me into 10.00 more a month and told me I should be set on this new plan that was the very same as my old one. This morning I woke up to no hotspot again. I called to try to buy more and they said I couldn't buy anymore for any amount of money I was absolutely out until June 11th. I asked how this could happen when I never had this problem before I changed my plan. After looking he told me I had Unlimited hotspot before. But that was a old plan I was Grandfathered into and I can't get it back. Working my way up the line hours later I finally got ahold of the CEO of the Complaint line. He told me I was out of luck and offered me a small one time credit and a additional 10.00 credit a month for a year to Compensate me. I ask "how is this Compensating?" Something was taken from me by False advertisement that I can't even buy back... He told me he felt he was being completely fair...I would bet if he was out of his "hotspot" for the next 11days he could figure out how to turn it back on. So much for 30 year of Loyalty.. I

The employee, Nate, announced he would be with us shortly. No worries. We take a seat and wait it out. Within several minutes it was pretty clear that the customer was there for something Nate could not assist him with due to Apple restrictions. Nate then said to the guy that basically they are done, there is nothing he could do and he needed to move on to us waiting folks. The guy was not happy about that but left. Once we sat down with Nate, he said he had been trying to help the guy for the past hour but there was nothing he could do and he wouldn't leave. Poor Nate! I'm glad we were able to save him. Anyway, we had questions about hot spots, and he really helped explain them well to us. They didn't have any in stock but offered to order one for us. Asked him about non Verizon services which he also was able to provide information on. We left empty handed but much more wise thanks to his knowledge and kindness. If I need in person help with my Verizon account, I know I'll be able to come here and receive great customer support.

I'm older and all these electronics are beyond me. Caleb answered all my questions and sold me a phone(should mention I didn't go in for a new phone) and I felt good when I left. (Like the…read morenightmare of buying a car!) we were never given paperwork to tell us exactly what we were going to pay per month. We wanted our bill to be at least cheaper than our bill from the other carrier. This was the worst experience I think we have ever had with a cell carrier. I wish we never changed!!

I've been with Verizon for 25 years. Until August 2025, I honestly had very few complaints--at…read moreleast none that couldn't be resolved with a simple phone call. Then Verizon switched our account to a business account because it was the only way we could get Verizon Internet. That's when everything went sideways. We were promised our billing date would be moved to the end of the month. Nine months later, we're still "communicating" with a communications company that apparently doesn't understand the communication part. So here I am, yet again on a Saturday, arguing with an automated system just to speak to a live human being. At this point, I'd gladly talk to the custodian, the mailroom clerk, or even a ham sandwich if it could fix the problem. I'm exhausted from hearing:"We can fix that.""I'm so sorry this happened, sir." The apologies are plentiful. The solutions? Not so much. We have six devices on our plan. Two weeks ago, someone from Verizon called to tell me I qualified for a "FREE iPhone 16." I told them they could keep the phone and instead give me the billing date we were promised. Strangely enough, I haven't heard back from them since. So here's where I'm at: Does anyone have the number for T-Mobile? After 25 years of loyalty, it's disappointing to feel like that loyalty means absolutely nothing. I find it hard to believe another company could be worse at communication than a company whose entire business is communication. If you're considering Verizon because you value customer service and loyalty, I would strongly encourage you to do your homework before making that decision. Twenty-five years is a long time to stay with a company. It shouldn't be this hard to get a simple promise honored. Rodney J
