Something is very strange about this place and I have a hard time trusting them. No paperwork to confirm what is/isn't working before the repair, so if they damage your phone there is no guarantee that they will fix it. No paperwork with any information about a warranty. Very suspicious that they don't provide any documentation of the phones functionality before/after repairs and no documentation concerning a warranty. Very concerning business practice when you're working with expensive and highly personal devices.

After picking it up, the camera, both front and back photo functions have issues. "Selfie" camera function just goes to a blurry screen and locks up. Regular camera will take one picture then displays "camera failed" on the screen. When I took it back to them and explained they may have fixed the crack in the screen but they broke the camera, this place refused to take responsibility for damaging the camera during repairs. They offered NO resulution other than we will replace your camera for the cost of parts, mind you the camera was fine at time of drop off. They wouldn't even put the cracked screen back on the phone and refund the repair cost. I will never take another device to them for ANY kind of repair, nor will I recommend their services to anyone. They do not stand behind the work they do and will not take responsibility for damage they cause. Do not trust them! There are at least two other businesses in the mall that offer the same repair services, do yourself a favor and use one of them instead.

Takes the time to explain what I have and how the product or service(s) benefit me. 4. Responsive- when I have an issue with a Verizon product, Jarred takes an active role in the resolution of a problem, much to my relief--he takes ownership. In my observation, I think Verizon needs more people like Jarred running a store, and I hope those in higher management consider and evaluate him, or find a way to give him the much deserved recognition that should come with this front end job.
