Basic pedicure, charge me $28 and that's without a tip. This is why I drive to Covina , I pay half the price and a better job

Vibe sucks you feel that they're talking behind your back, also I went for a basic pedicure and I've never paid $28 for that. That's without a tip. I drive all the way to covina and they do amazing work and half of the price that they charge here. Quality sucks. My niece gets her nails done there and she got acrylic nails done but they do so then that they break on her.

Way too much damage done from being in such a rush. No thank you.

Another disappointing visit. For a different reason. I generally like this place and have tried several times since they opened. This past Saturday (at 6ish) I came in with my niece for pedis. The younger lady who did my toes tried approximately 5 times to try and upsell me on something during my pedi. First, if I wanted to add a mani. No. Then if I was sure I wanted the pedi package I chose or did I want the next one up. No. The next 3 times were asking me if I wanted gel, if I was sure I didn't want gel and again if I wanted gel. NO. I finally said something to her after the 5th time! That was so annoying and I didn't get to relax. I should have said something to the owners who were both there at the time. Besides that she hardly scrubbed my callous and not a pleasant experience. :/

Walked in 35 min before closing as I had just had my taxes done next door. Asked if by chance someone could do a fill for me as my long time guy moved out of state. I've tried multiple salons in the Menifee area and have not been happy at all. Tina did my nails and I'm so happy to have found someone that does exactly what I want. She was very nice and personable! Going back for a pedicure tomorrow!!

I am so sad... I am a Full time working mom...always put myself last... and had a free moment on Sunday... sadly most places are closed so I decided to try here... I hate the nails they did... they are bulky and angled upwards! I might as well have glued on cheap press on nails because that is what they look like!! My toes came out fine and why I gave two stars.

I am happy with my nails. I went in for a fill on a horrible set of nails I had down elsewhere. I had low hopes of them looking good but figured I'd give it a try before having them removed. Tammy did a great job! They are fantastic!!! I'll definitely be back in for my fills / full sets. I am so glad I found this place!

I recently moved and needed to find a new nail salon. I pass by this salon often as my girls do gymnastics close by. I went in Sunday around noon for a gel mani and gel pedi. I didn't have an appointment, but was sat down in about 3 minutes! Tammy and Kim helped me. Tammy was AMAZING! She also has the softest hands :) She was quiet, detailed and took her time. I was impressed with the finished product. Kim did a nice job on my toes. Her leg massage was great! I was in and out in about 45 minutes, but it didn't feel rushed. The pedi chair at the end needs some maintenance, but it didn't take away from the experience. I really enjoyed their pandora music station; it was my kind of music! For a gel mani and gel pedi it was $53, plus tips, which is typical. I got charged $1 for swiping my card, so cash is best. Overall, I will definitely return!

Have fun with styling your nails. Kandi always brings my nail inspo photos to fruition, beautifully and flawlessly!! Thank you again, Kandi for always giving me the prettiest nails. Last visit I also noticed that they are no longer able to accept tips and gratuity on their credit card sales, so keep that in mind. I also believe, like most salons these days, they apply a credit/debit card fee if you use your card. NOTE~ A standard acrylic fill without all the frills and just polish are $25 Nail designs and gel polish are extra. And STILL an awesome deal because it's really one of the best from one of my favorite nail technicians here!

I am very disappointed with this nail salon. Staff is VERY VERY rude! The lady that did my nails had an attitude with me. I didn't get her name if not i would have definitely put it on here. Didn't even bother asking what shape i wanted them until i told her the shape i wanted. Usually your nail tech will ask you what shape. This lady was pretty much doing what she wanted. However, i had already went there twice, & those 2 times my acrylics didn't even last a week! But I decided to give them another try, and this was my last one FORSURE! The lady did my 2 thumbs a different shape. Unfortunately I didn't notice until a week after, and guess what my nails were already coming off! If I could give them 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE & work. I DO NOT recommend it & I will never go back! read more

Decided to come Tuesday afternoon Customer service was one of my worse experience The guys who did my nails didn't look like if he knew what he was doing After struggling he called a lady for help who was extremely rude While the guy was doing my nails he cut me twice and the girl afterwards try to fix them while she was applying the color it look so bad and at this point I was already upset Not coming back again read more

I got my nails done by a lady with dark hair ( she was not Asian ) I wanted short ballerina nails she kept arguing saying they had to long even though I've gotten them Way shorter in the past I said ok. I should have just asked for someone else at this point she put half of the nails on crooked and ended up taking three off to start over and they still ended up crooked ! When I pointed out they were still crooked she said no they weren't and let her lay acrylic before I judge. I did and they were so bulbous and crooked by the time I left my fingers ached.She charged me $46 but I had called earlier for a price check and they said it would be between $33-36 she charged me ten dollars more so that sucked too!my mom gets her nails done here they always look great I would have gone to her girl but she was busy :( if you go here make an appointment with Tammy !!!! She's really good !!! I don't know the girls name who did my nails possibly having an off day but for $46 I would risk it go To Tammy !!!!!! read more

I had been here a couple of times and I loved the customer service. Everyone is very friendly. However, the last time I went my nails got so messed up. Within a few days my nails seemed to look like they were a month old!! I drove all the way back to my old nail person in LA county not even a week after going to USA Nails to get my nails redone. I had wasted money just to get them redone in less than a week. As much as I loved the customer service at USA Nails, I will not be back. read more

Kandie did an awesome job on my nails. Exactly what I envisioned. The entire staff was pleasant and attentive. Good prices and great customer service. My daughter got a kids mani/pedi and I got a pedicure and fill. We did not have an appointment but would recommend you make one as they got busier as the time went on. I had an appointment earlier today for just an acrylic with my mom. I was helped out by Candy (I don't know the correct way to spell her name but went on this site and saw her previous work and liked how she did her client's nails). She was very friendly to me and was able to do the nails I wanted from a picture and was able to do the squaring off that I prefer rather than it being long or coffin shape. Very happy, would come again . This was my first time being here, but I know from now on I'll be going to Candy. :) *Side note* the prices are reasonable, my mom and I were expecting to pay a good $45-40 each for our nail sets but got it for $37 instead. Also excuse the weird hand poses just trying to show the nails the best I can, the pictures don't do the nails justice for they're super pretty in person! read more

I took my daughter to get pedicures at the shop. The staff was very friendly. The pedicures were actually quite good. But beware they are avoiding government regulations and taxes they only allow payment via Venmo or Zell with a comment of thank you. Therefore they have no record of the payments of the businesses that you're doing. They will not let you leave the store until they call somebody on the other end and verify that they've received your payment even though you sure that you except it. Very shady and illegal. read more

Did not call ahead so ended up waiting over 30 mins. Went in for an ombré French set and my daughter decided she wanted the same. Apparently there's only one lady there who knows how to do them so our entire trip was almost 2-1/2hrs. They did give us a small discount because of it, but just FYI. The man there was super smiley and kept offering us waters, etc. Kandi did an amazing job and she was easy to talk with. Pretty impressed with the final outcome. This set was $45. read more

Went in today (Thursday) arrived at about 5pm. Asked for a mani/pedi and full leg wax. Was seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Pedi was smooth. Mani was nice. Waxing was good, no irritation afterwards, wax was not too hot. Im not much of a small talker so the non talking doesn't bother me. The salon was not very full so my services were done timely. Very clean place. Would come again. I dont get anything fancy done, just black nail polish on both hands and feet. Was greeted pleasantly. Given a bottle of water while getting my pedi done. read more

I had plans on trying another nail salon because my nail girl is extremely busy and sometimes can't squeeze me in. I went in yesterday looking for a full set and a pedicure. I was told that I had to make an appointment which wouldn't have been a big deal but I didn't see why they couldn't help me they had 6 ladies and only one customer. I made the appointment for the next day. I show up and they said that they made a mistake and could do my nails the following day. Again 6 girls and one customer. At this point I was irritated and called my nail girl to see if she could squeeze me in and thankfully she did! I'm gonna continue to be faithful to my nail girl and make appointments to guarantee she will have time for me! FYI they are overpriced! Just sayin... read more

So my sister and I have been looking for a good salon, one that is clean that offers quality services. Well I think we found it. I live in hemet and she lives in quail valley, so after our last bad nail experience in hemet, we decided to expand our search towards the Menifee area since it seemed better quality. After searching through 2 and 3 star nail salons, we finally found this place. The reviews were amazing and there are a ton of pictures to show what kind of work they can do. So we made an appointment and here we are! I'm currently sitting in their waiting area after my gel manicure. I didn't catch the name of my nail tech but she's amazing. She made great conversation, was thorough AND fast. I was in and out of her chair in 30 minutes and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or a half assed job was happening. Their selection of nail polish is abundant and the bottles don't look like they're from a decade ago. Their gel polish collection is even bigger and better. The store isn't your typical salon either. It's actually clean. And not the kind of clean where it looks okay on the surface but when you look behind their spa chairs you'll find a floor that hasn't been mopped in months. You know what I'm talking about. I can't find dust or dirt and anything gross anywhere. AND they sterilize their tools!!! They open a clean pack every time. I always wanted to find a nail salon that is this clean. My socks are blown off, that's how impressed I am. I know I sound like I'm exaggerating but it really is worth it here. read more

They take on to many people made an appointment with them still waiting 30 minutes left me in water for additional 15 to make you Think they're gonna start on you next owner had a bad attitude like I was bothering them for a free pedicure while you spend $100 of our money to them like we are bothering them customer service is bad customer always comes first I got upset with the lady told her why is it taking so long she got mad at me so I asked her why did I make appointment then if he was going to make me wait additional 40 minutes I got upset with the customer service jumped out of the spa with my feet soaking wet an left read more

Don't waste your time trying this place. I made an appointment for a polish change. When I arrived no one "greeted" me. Finally someone looked up and I said I had an appointment. She said sit down we'll be with you in a few minutes. I asked how long because I had another appointment and she said we're almost done. I finally left. They're very rude. read more

I have been looking for a local place for a while now. I am so happy I found them. I had a cat eye gel manicure and gel pedicure. It looks great! My daughter who is 7 had a mani/pedi. 1 solid star... i've been to the salon multiple times for acrylic nails, gel nails and pedicures and have always felt "meh" with the work they do. I always get someone different in order to see if I would like the next person better than the last and that's never been the case. Today was the straw that broke the camels back so I will NOT be returning. I called as soon as they opened at 10 AM and asked if they were available for a manicure and pedicure at 1 PM today or anytime tomorrow and the gentleman on the phone said 1 PM would be perfect. I showed up a few minutes before 1 PM in the salon was packed but they said they would get me in in just a minute... I waited over an hour without anyone even making eye contact with me! 2 others arrived for their 2pm appointments and I decided not to wait any longer. The wait is crazy even WITH an appointment so it's not worth it if you value the time you set aside for your mail care. read more

My mother and I both went in for pedicures and walked out very disappointed. We were both asked to sit down to let our feet soak, one lady started my pedicure within about 5minutes but they didn't even start on my mother's until I was getting my last coat of polish. The pedicure itself was done very quickly as if the tech was "just getting it done" and barely bothered to actually scrub my feet or properly clean the cuticles. The polish was chunky and sloppy on the sides. I pointed it out to the tech when she was done and she simply added another clear coat. Originally I was just gonna walk away as a waste of $40. My mother had a similar experience and I paid for both pedicures. But, less than 3 hours after leaving I noticed the nail polish on both big toes was covered in air bubbles. You could literally feel the bumps!! I was extremely dissatisfied with the service here and don't think I'll be trying out any new nail shops for awhile. read more

Totally awesome! Called ahead for the day, for an appointment within the hour. Nail tech did exactly as pictured and the experience was wonderful. Nice staff! I will be coming back, although I'm not a huge nail fan, I got them done for vacation, but fall in love! read more

I finally got around to doing this review. But I went to this nail place with a friend to do a girls day. And it was a terrible experience. After getting my nails done and pedicure. I went to the receptionist to pay for my services. I was given the total and I asked for a detailed description of my bill and the guy stated to me if I didn't want to pay for the services he would gladly call the police. I asked for the manager he stated she wasn't there only to find out she was sitting there by the counter the entire time watching the event unfold and never intervened. I will NEVER go there again. Bad customer service. read more

My first time here I absolutely loved it! All staff was very polite and friendly. Location is small but they get the job done in a good amount of time they take care of all their customers. I had made an appt with Candy for my nails because I was referred and heard she's the best! She took care of me for all my needs not like other shops where you have different people for different things I needed a full set, pedicure, and a eyebrow wax. She took care of all things and perfected every single one of those treatments for me I will be back ! This place is the best I loved it !! read more

not good on gel french manicure or heal shaving with pedicure. they only take cash and i didn't know it as was 1st time. i suspect they are not reporting sales or paying proper amt of state or federal taxes or workers comp. i'll never go back.not friendly and dont do as you request. should be reported to the board, california tax roll and federal getting government. not clean read more

First time customer and I WON'T be going back!!! After 1 day nail started peeling I went back and they fixed it. The next day my other two nails peeled, 4 days later one hand seems like the Gel polish is all coming off,ridiculous this should not happen ,they fixes it once but I should not have to go to the trouble of having to keep going back. Service was "ok" I called ahead and they were rude on phone ,when I arrived didn't really get acknowledged and as I got my gel manicure seems like she skipped a step no soaking and no cuticle removal. Upset a service I paid for and took time out of my day to do turned out this way. read more

Second time there, mani/pedi and eyebrow wax, loved it, returned for a mani/wax just the other day. Tina is an artist and a good conversationalist (matters to me when I sit there for an hour!). I get SO many compliments on my nails! Ask her to do a design :) Only MINOR negative, it's a cash only (Zelle or Venmo) okay place. And by the way, make sure to get a sugar scrub if you have dry skin. It would make you feel like you have a newborn legs afterall...!!! My big toenails always have a tendency to get a little ingrown in the corners and the nail artist I had was very careful at removing them. I wish I had asked her name because she did a great job.
