A good experience at a reasonable price. I walked in without an appointment. It had been months of neglect through the winter and I desperately needed a mani pedi. Fortunately I was taken right away but the one technician had to do both procedures one at a time and it took longer. I arrived at the store a little before they opened at 9am. She promptly took me in. ( first time here) I explained I wanted dip powder / pedi . Very nice lady , we chatted a bit while she prepped to take out my old dip powder and soaked my toes. She had an appointment so I waited until 915 and the next lady took me . That lady , started my nails . About 1/2 through she just stopped and went to start a pedicure with someone else ? I was confused and ask the lady doing my pedicure, who is finishing my nails. She said she will after she does the pedicure . Weird , but ok. So I waited another 15 mins to finish my nails. Pedicure is done , so now she does my dip. I knew the second she started she had no idea how to do it . 1hr 20 mins already at the salon I just wanted to go . I figured I'd just return to my salon over the weekend to fix it all. Unfortunately, my pedicure looks like a child did it . I'm surprised any nail establishment would allow a client to leave like that . Nails , are the same. Uneven , lumpy and dip powder on my skin. I paid with a smile (70$) , and when I only tipped 15$ they looked confused . read more

I have to say this is my favorite nail salon. I love The atmosphere and the quality of workmanship is down right perfection. A nice hour of relaxation while getting my nails done. I got a full set acrylic with gel and the price was the average going rate in the area. No crazy hidden fees. Lots of great colors to choose from and always getting new colors for the seasons. I've been looking for a nail salon and I finally found it! The service received was extraordinary. Lena helped me get a fantastic manicure and pedicure after going all year without painted nails. I even messed up my nails on my way out (not patient enough for them to dry) and they fixed the smudge for me with no additional charge or exasperation. They also have dip powder which I've found hard to find. Love my nails and will definitely be coming back! read more

Horrible nail salon. Do not go here. The tools used were not sanitary. I came in for a full set and was really disappointed by the end result. I was rushed out of the chair because she had another appointment that showed up while doing my nails. The nail tech was nice but the finished product was horrible. I got what they call "rockstars" and they used craft glitter and Gelish top coat for it. I was told it would not be see through but it was. My acrylics were lifting by day 2 of having them on. I should have left when I saw the recollections brand glitter. I reached out to them on their website about being unhappy with my nails and a request to get them fixed and never got a response back. Waste of $50. I will never come here again. I want to report them to the board for unsanitary tools being used. The clippers had rust on them and the nail file looked disgusting. read more

I wanted to like Lucy, but she tried rushing through a new set of acrylics and cut my finger with a file. I let her continue and when finished, the nails looked ok, but I needed to run home and clean up around the cuticles, excess acrylic on my fingers, finish filing, etc. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

I found this place by word of mouth, so glad I checked it out. The two times I've been here were on a Saturday (no appointment). Wait time was reasonable. 1st time Anne did my nails-shellac purple/glitter, and waxed my eyebrows. Very nice lady, goes above and beyond on what I wanted. Eyebrows looked cleaned up, but not too thin. I was pleased with them. Second time, I got the privilege of having Stephen do my nails. I got acrylic purple unicorn like nails. He was very informative on what he was doing, putting me at ease. Also, making me happy each step of the way on how they were looking. They really looked natural. He was very friendly, made me laugh, we had a great conversation. I'm always so pleased leaving the shop with amazing looking nails. I get compliments from friends, family, strangers all the time. My nails usually last 4 weeks or so. The salon itself is clean, with luxury lazy boy like chairs to enjoy a pedicure, many nail polish colors. Very peaceful, relaxing place. I am happy to be a regular here! Anne, the owner, always takes care of me and does an amazing job. Two other nail artists have done great work for me too when Anne was unavailable. They're very knowledgeable and have always given me great advice for aftercare and color choice. They have tons of color options for gel and the gel never chips! Lasts me at least three weeks, so I only go back when my nails have grown out. I definitely suggest coming here for manicures and pedicures. They'll take care of you and make you feel comfortable! read more

Horrible service . PAID 50.00 for a set of coffin nails ombré for them to take 2 hours and for the outcome to be nothing like the picture not even close . Very disappointing to see the good reviews and walk in there and get the compete opposite. NEVER RETURNING AND NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMEND ANYONE HERE . The worst service ever!!!! My first and last visit here! The Nail technician (who goes my the name Lucy) was 17 minutes late!! She was rushing and the water in the spa was ice cold! She was so rough and then cut me and during the callus removal, was doing it so hard as if she were sanding wood! She rushed through the whole pedicure and treated me like I was a side of beef! She was grabbing my feed so hard by squeezing them. Then she turned the water on too hot and burned my feet! It was suppose to be a Relaxing Pedicure and on my birthday!‍ Today was the first time I've ever yelled at a nail technician in my life! I left there in tears. Not a good way to start my birthday! This was the 2nd time here. I had a pleasant time the first time, but not 2nd time. I showed the nail tech my design this is when she should of said she didn't know how to do it so I could have left. In the end she did ok, I asked her to change the design, but she said no that it was to late, even told me comeback tomorrow, she could defiantly file design away. I asked if another tech could try and said they don't know. I later realized they had another client waiting, so she was rushing me out the door. Two of my nails edges hurt, Seems like acrylic goes over edges. Not a pleasant experience read more

Glad i found anne & jennifer but make sure you call to make an appointment I honestly thank god i found this location by accident only because the other place i used to go hurt my toe :(..... yes thers actually technicians that rush you tru your mani & pedi not here worth every dollar i pay not only they don't hurt my toe I brought my mother in law she loved her pedicure I recommend my cousin & my aunt and they were pleased :) how they don't rush you so if your in a hurry don't come here but if you enjoy being pampered this is definitely the place but remember book your appointment;) read more

I called at 12 to see if they could get me in at 12:30 and they did no problem. It was clean. Staff was nice. Got an French tip ombré powder gel set for a great price and tip included. I've even left a positive review here before because of how much I loved her work and the service. I booked a manicure and pedicure with Nina, but somewhere there was a miscommunication about my appointment. When I arrived, she seemed surprised that I also wanted a pedicure. She told me to sit and said she would send someone else to help me, then continued working on another client. I sat there for about 20 minutes, maybe longer. It's really hard for me to get alone time, so I was still trying to stay positive and feel grateful I was even there. Eventually, someone started my pedicure, but I had to let him know I needed to leave to pick up my daughter from daycare. I even offered to come back the next day, which was really disappointing, but I understand mistakes happen and sometimes things take longer than expected. I asked to speak with a manager about possibly getting a discount due to the inconvenience. I explained the situation, but the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help because the manager was sick. I've never seen this assistant manager before, but she handled the situation completely incorrectly. Things then started to escalate. The man helping me came up, and she began speaking aggressively to him about my toes not being done. I stepped in to say it wasn't his fault--it was a scheduling issue, and I wasn't upset, I just felt a discount was fair since I'd have to come back. At that point, Nina came over, and suddenly there were multiple upset employees in front of me. I have anxiety from past experiences, and the situation made me feel extremely overwhelmed. I even started to tear up, which was honestly embarrassing. When they came back, the man doing my toes asked why I didn't say anything sooner or that I needed to leave. I explained that I didn't want to rush anyone and understood that sometimes services take longer than expected, which is why I was okay with coming back. The assistant manager then raised her voice at me, waving her hands and saying she had told Nina about my pedicure. I told her I didn't understand why she was raising her tone with me, and she said it was because I kept bringing it up. I explained I was only answering her coworker's question and trying to make sure he understood it wasn't his fault. I am a very patient person, and I paid for nails I didn't even like. I was there for about three hours and still left with one foot undone due to their scheduling mistake. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just to pay for my manicure and receive a small discount on my pedicure since I had to go out of my way to come back. It got to the point where I was crying and even raised my voice back, which is completely out of character for me. I eventually told her we didn't need to continue the conversation because she kept arguing with me. I have never left a nail salon in full panic attack mode before--this was honestly shocking. Another woman even left while I was there because they messed up her daughter's appointment, and she was very upset as well. I will say Nina did a good job on my nails, and the man helping me was kind, so I still tipped them both. But overall, this experience felt very unprofessional. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review, but I would not recommend this salon.

Nails was extremely impatient with her and pretty much I paid for a $30 for a Manny and peddi (kids) for her not to even cut her nails or even clean them pretty much put them in a tub, put lotion and painted them. I kept asking her to put quick dry which was ignored. And not only that they messed up three times, the owner literally was standing over my daughter grabbed a piece of paper like it was gonna make the polish dry. We still left with a janky job. Working with kids it's pretty common to use a quick dry since they move a lot but not only that I paid 30 dollars for not even my kids nails not to even be cut or cleaned.
