I had my nails done today and the curled upwards. I brought this to the attention while they were being done. horrible and when i asked to be fixed or money back she just cut them short. really short. I basically gave away 58 dollars plus a 10 tip and still very sad. I go here for pedicures and never had a problem until today. will never go back. also why not offer to redo them without shortening them. read more

Make sure to double check their prices. The employee sitting at Table 1 (didn't get her name) tried to con me out of money. I read all the posted prices & politely asked for a break down since she wanted more than what was on their price list. My daughter and I went to USA nails to get our nails done. My daughter wanted SNS they gave her gel instead. Then we asked her to slender the nails because they were too wide. As she filing them down she starts speaking in her language the only thing I understood was coffin. I looked up a picture to show her coffin and she got another attitude she lucky we gave her a tip. This has been my go to nail salon for almost nine years but I don't think I'll be going back after today. I made an appt for my daughter and myself for 1130am for nails and pedicures. I always have Kelly for my nails and Lynn for my toes. Well long story short, my appt time came and went. They began working on people who showed up after me. This was not the first time this has happened but it'll be the last time. I will never book Kelly or Lynn again. They're very nice but when you're headed a long time customer who never complains or has an attitude you should treat them like they matter. I even tip them well. read more

Very nice ladies. They do SNS nails for $20. I love going here. They always have what i need. I used to go to another salon but this place is better and Cheaper. Ask for SnS because it's better for your nail bed and won't hurt when they need to be removed. read more

Been coming her for almost 10 years. Lisa and her team provide great service and guarantee satisfaction. If I don't like something, they fix it immediately, although I always like the creativity both Kelly and Tina do on my nails. Would never go anywhere else. Would recommend making an appointment as they can get busy. read more

today june 12,2017 I went to this nail shop with my daughter for the first time and this will be my last time i had what this nail shop calls a s&s my nails look and feel awful the manager talk to me like i was dirt i explain to her i was not happy she told me not to come back and i ask for my money back and she laughed and said i took your money this is not over i will be contacting who i need to and i will get my full refund please don't waste your money this nail shop is not clean i am in a lot of pain and nails are bleeding worst nail shop in the state of Georgia i cant believe how this manager talk to me i have pictures of my nails and my daughters nails -my daughter was cut also someone who cant do designs put a circle on my toe i ask for a flower i have pictures and they wanted $5 dollars well i did not pay for this so the manager took off my nail polish on my toes in front of customers i ask who will redo my polish she looked at me and said i don't know this really upset me i have never had any nail shop do this to me ever the nail shop in not clean now look at the $24.99 for a manicure and pedicure do it yourself do not give this shop a penny you will be sorry look at the pictures is this a joke I give usa nails a 0- this is the only number they get 0- read more

I used to love coming here but they have gone downhill so much. I'm currently writing this review waiting to get my nails done because I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 for two pedicures and an eyebrow wax. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER!! I came in to get my acrylic nails removed and a gel overlay on top. They first tried to give me gel powder (which is a rip off. anyone who gets their nails done should know that Gel anything has a gel consistency not a powder). Once the tech finally admitted that they dont carry legit gel products I decided to get a full set instead (same length and shape as the nails That were being removed ) Not only did the nail tech not remove all of my nails she added a extra tip on top of it. Had the audacity to charge me for the removal and extra for the length and my nails are short. I am extremely displeased with the service and when I called to speak to someone they told me they dont believe me and asked what do I want from them. The service is lazy and I will never step foot inside of this place again. I use to go EVERY 2 weeks and give a tip. they will not get another dollar out of me. My mom and I came for pedicures and me for SNS, mom for a clear polish manicure. While they are fast, I had red SNS goo on my fingers all around my nails like a 5 year old painted my nails and my mom's nails were awful. Uneven and barely any polish. I am so pissed off. I went in for SNS and they gave me gel nails, if I wanted gel I would've said so. They got mad because I came back to get them to redo 2 nails before it causes nail breakage the lady no your nail broke I'm like I know my nails the top is cracked. Not a good nail salon for SNS. The nail tech did not use the white base powder and only used the color powder. Nails only lasted a week before they started to chip and peal. Only went here because my usual salon was closed that day. Would not recommend if you need SNS done. read more

Horrible experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I was asked what I wanted repeatedly and then after discussing it at length, the nail tech still asked if I wanted something else. The entire staff hovered over me speaking Vietnamese and laughing. They had trouble with a very simple polish job. I will never return. read more

They have excellent service at USA Nails in McDonough, GA. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and service.

Run from this place. They charge you for the most ridiculous things. They were rude, and charged extra to paint my nails 3 different colors instead of one. Literally used the same amount of polish no matter what. And to put simple little dots on my nails it was 8 dollars. I'm sorry but when I get more complicated designs at other places, it's only been 3 dollars extra, 5 at the most. When asked why my bill was so much they couldn't even tell me why and the lady who was charging me kept asking another lady about my bill (neither of them did my nails). At the end of the day this is ridiculous and horrible customer service. My mother who got her nails done with me got SNS and used 3 different colors as well but did not get charged extra. They need to learn better customer service skills, not talk rudely to their customers or be so rough and careless with other people's nails. I guess they are hurting for money so bad that they rip off people. Beware. There's better nail salons around.! read more
