The house had also been suffering from rot around the windows, which they fixed. They were kind to not charge us for reattaching two pieces of siding that had fallen off in a storm a while back. They very quickly scheduled us in even though it was cold outside and in the holiday season. Everyone was very pleasant to talk with and the entire project for the more contemporary replacement windows was done within two days. The new black vinyl windows look very nice from the inside and outside and we can already tell that drafts are minimized in the house because of the new windows. The windows they suggested have helped to "elevate" the outside appeal of our 140-yr-old gambrel-roofed house, while not detracting from the vintage style of the house.
