Mentor Window is one of the best placed I have dealt with when it comes to home improvement needs. We were referred to them by our neighbors that had windows done and we are so happy we chose them. The neighbors are the type that do their homework so we trusted their judgement after they had several places out. Most important thing that stuck with me and my husband was they were't pushy at all. We did have another estimate last year from Window Nation and they were just awful. Pushy, rude, and worst of all they were more than double the price of Mentor Window and they use the same windows from what we understood! Anyhow Dan was pleasant to deal with and didn't pull any misleading sales tactics on us like Window Nation did. We signed that day and the windows just got installed last week. They really have their stuff together at Mentor Window, very organized and most important was everyone there was so kind, friendly and helpful. I love the difference the windows make and you can really tell the difference on windy, colder days. I shopped around with my son , went to the home and garden show and maybe 4 local places looking for storage sheds. We were referred to Mentor Window by a family member and I wish we would have started there 1st to save some time. The buildings are built like tanks, they don't use particle board or any cheap flooring like all the others do nowadays. We ordered our shed and 4 weeks later they were out to do the foundation and shed. Amazing work crew this place has. They did our shed and said they were doing another one after lunch lol. I couldn't believe how efficient the guys were. We then paid for the shed and decided to get a window quote from them since we were looking to do something in the future. We had other estimates and we were shocked how big of a difference some of these window companies have in prices! They were literally a fraction of the price of 2 of the other places we had out. I had several neighbors in the neighborhood over the years use Mentor Window but I still always do my homework. I called 3 other places and decided to have Mentor Window out last for a siding and window estimate. I had 1 place out that was ok and the other 2 were companies on TV that were rude, pushy and just had awful business practices. I literally almost pushed the 1 guy out my door. After all this I had Mentor Window quote the job. Wow , what a difference! They were only there for about an hour initially and gave me the best price the 1st quote they gave me. They were THOUSANDS less than the pushy places! We went with them and my home is like a brand new home! The owner is friendly, and treats his customers like family. The installers were amazing! The window and siding crews left and it was like they were never there. The yard and my house was just spotless. We had several high priced, pushy salesmen in our home and got tired of being hustled. We had Matt over from Mentor Window and siding and he was pleasant to deal with and never made us feel like we were getting worked over. He gave us a FAR better price than the other awful places and explained everything thoroughly. The installers showed up a half hour late but we understand things happen especially with traffic near our home. They made no excuses, apologized, and got right to work. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and barely took a break. I was quite surprised to the detail they took when cleaning up after themselves. They cleaned up as if it were their own home! In the end the experience was absolutely fabulous and the owner ( I think) Steve? called to ask how everything went and that meant alot he took the time to do that . We started out wanting 3 windows replaced. Quoted two other companies beside Mentor Window. We wound up getting 5 windows replaced, including a large, front window for $200 less than the next closest bidder for only three small windows. The staff and crew are extremely professional, well qualified in the business and a pleasure to work with. Anthony on the installation crew made sure everything was not only installed perfectly, but the area was immaculate before they left, including cleaning the windows and vacuuming the carpet in each room. They removed and rehung all the blinds and drapes so my wife and I wouldn't have to, we are both in our 70's. I can not recommend this company more highly. Why you ask, because since day one they clearly explained every detail of their services while providing unbelievable value and service compared to every other companies I made inquiries with or had provide me their service in years prior. While many companies make excuses when an issue arises after services provided, Mentor Window goes out of their way to assist. Even when the issue is not related to the service they provided but the responsibility of the manufacturer, my own culpability due to misuse, damage caused by family or pets, or my own failure to properly maintenance the products provided. Today I had my sliding glass door replaced and the crew from start to finish did an amazing job. The door I replaced was original and leaked air so bad. I would try to put towels around it in winter. The first thing I noticed with new door is I could no longer hear the wind outside. Amazingly quieter. I got the white door which made my whole kitchen pop as the old door was wood and made it appear dark. I notice tonight the furnace does not stay on as long. I had windows done in 2020 and today the sliding door. I love Mentor Window for their quality products installers and service. I look forward to being warmer this winter and lower heating cost. My husband and I bought a shed recently from here and we shopped around EVERYWHERE. When I say everywhere I mean we even went to Amish country in holmes county. Turns out the place right around the corner from us Mentor Window had the best materials and pricing, who would have thought? This place has been around forever and they had rave reviews on google so we decided to try them. Well our shed install day came and the crew was fantastic! They did ours in the morning and were done by 11am, cleaned up perfect and on to their next job. The salesman Dan was friendly, informative and answered all our questions on our roofing and siding quote the 1st time he came over. The install was quick, clean and our home looks amazing with the new roof and vinyl siding. They did a shed for me and it turned out perfect! They use quality materials which is why I went with them not to mention Steve the owner was very informative, helpful and friendly to deal with. I noticed most of the other places I looked used particle board and pressed wood. I wanted a plywood shed to suit my needs. Also their floors are 2 inch thick plank flooring and that really sold me on the spot. The crew came out and tore down my old rotted shed, laid out a stone base and built the shed within 4 hours it was amazing to watch! Great company, great people! Looked everywhere at storage sheds and when it came down to it Mentor Window had far superior materials and even better prices. I asked the owner if I was missing something and he simply told me they can use better materials and keep pricing low because they are such a big home improvement company when it comes to siding, windows and roofing. Used these guys for gutters and siding after my next door neighbor got their house done. . My home looked like a brand new house once they finished and the price was incredible compared to others I received. The owner Steve is a pleasure to deal with and Dan was thorough, friendly and really cared about my house as the project was going on. Wonderful company! We had 7 windows and 1 storm door replaced by Mentor Window. We had Tony as our salesman, no pressure, was awesome. They replaced the our windows in November. At the time, of course, it was cold, and I didn't open them. This spring when we started to open the windows, I had trouble with 2 of the windows. Alex helped and got some parts on order, installer came out and fixed both windows in 30 minutes. They have the most competitive prices for sure for very nice windows. read more

We had a shed done by Mentor Window and they were top notch from beginning to end. Their materials were far superior to the particle board sheds their competitors had and the selling point is their floors which is 2 inch plank flooring. The crew was amazing to watch, they actually do two sheds a day, I found this out after talking to Chris the foreman on the job.
