We went online to file a complaint with UPS, they adamantly insisted that the item had been delivered, offering the bogus photo as "Proof,"and would not entertain either complaint or claim! "Small" dumpster was actually big- but good size to park the thing in our driveway- plus our 2 cars. You can hold on to your Blue Box dumpster for as little as day or take full advantage and hold it for 7- with no extra charge- but there's an overcharge however, if you go go past the week...so heads up.
