At first I thought it would be okay, but it turned out to be that '911' was just as bad, or WORSE THAN the flood! They didn't do the job right by ANY STANDARD, NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK, AND DISRESPECTED ME IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE! SO WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY CLEAR OF 911 RESTORATIONS! HA! RESTORATIONS! My wife called about 8 different companies including Serve-Pro which does a lot of advertising. None of the companies would come out to start work limiting the water damage until the next day, except for 911 Restoration. Adrian Ruiz of 911 was at the house by 6PM and the company was drying out the basement the same evening, limiting the damage. Mr Ruiz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with cleanup and insurance issues. He helped ease our anxiety also. He informed us how to begin insurance claim process. He kept us updated daily on cleanup progress. We definitely recommend 911 and especially Adrian Ruiz for anyone needing this type of service.

You call up, a luggage coordinator calls you with info, then they send my labels over night and will ship my luggage to my destination hotel from 1-4 days, you choose how quickly and the price goes up the shorter timeframe. They will pick up my luggage at home or at work. Last year was Fed Ex, this year they used UPS. My luggage was picked up on Monday and delivered to my hotel on Friday, waiting at the bell hop station. And nothing could ever prepare you for a phone call for a crime scene clean-up job, especially when it's someone in your family. And I was not prepared, emotionally and financially for it. Sal and his team, especially Judy who I dealt the most with were nothing but THE BEST. They made the most horrible experience of our lives, bearable. They handled the clean-up for my aunts apartment quickly and professionally while keeping us informed of the process each step of the way. I was even allowed to have a friend supervise since I could not be there until it was cleaned up. But it was not even necessary since this company is VERY trustworthy. They also helped with dealing with her very schrewed management company. When no one else seemed to have our back as victims ourselves, Biocleaners DID and I am so grateful that I stumbled upon them. From the initial phoncall, to everything inbetween their expertise and experience in this field revealed themselves each time we hit a bump. They were informative each step of the way and handled the worst details with such care and compassion. I could not thank Sal, Judy, and their amazing team enough for helping us get through this. I would never wish this service on anyone but in these kind of crisis', if it calls for it, these are the people you want on your side. From my family and myself thank you so much and God Bless. -Tizania Reffered by www.crimescenecleanup.com
