Excellent experience. Service tech that came was wonderful and respectful and cleaned up after himself.

KUDOS KUDOS and more.....KUDOS go out to MIKE From even before the proposed work into completion it was a super flawless interaction. We were constantly updated with dates/times of arrival Mike even voluntarily took off his shoes. He is all the positive words one can describe a most professional worker: polite, friendly, clear and concise in his explanations into the final payment transaction. It would be a mistake to NOT have this contact name/number on hand for a yearly servicing. You won't be disappointed [more pic to follow - will update soon] read more

I was easily coordinate a contact with AADC via a Yelp contact /email. They responded quickly. An appointment was set within 48 hours of the contact and established price. Dillon performed the work, expeditiously , completely, no nosense of trying to selling me new products. He was able to thoroughly clean our long Dry vent run. He reconnected the Electric Dryer, and left the work completely clean. Very professional, courteous, and considerate. Fair Pricing with fast service. I highly recommend them for Duct Cleaning needs. read more

Very professional & Knowledgable. Also very courteous AND he took his shoes off when entering!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Amazon scheduled by HVAC duct cleaning quickly and arrived right on time. The technician, Mike, was friendly, professional and courteous. He removed the return vents for cleaning. He inserted a small hose into the supply vents to clear them. The job took about 2 hours. Overall, I pleased with the work and I will call Amazon again when I need another duct cleaning. The only caveat I'll add is that if you suffer from allergies and need a more thorough cleaning, you might want to look at other, more expensive, options. For the money, Amazon does a good job though they pressured me for a 5-star review. read more

Mike was terrific. He is very experienced and professional. He showed me before and after photos of his work, made some recommendations for me to follow and even found (and corrected) some problems with my system (not make-work, but real problems). I couldn't be happier with his work. read more

I have to echo all the other reviews and say that Jayson is seriously incredible. we've had our dryer vents cleaned 3 times before, but nothing even close to this kind of service. We called Jayson to fix a recently (badly) installed dryer duct. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning our dryer (which we did not expect but apparently is just part of the job to him) and fixing the poorly installed air duct, he also correctly diagnosed a mechanical issue with our dryer, noticed that the recently installed new gas line hadn't been done correctly, and then called in a personal favor to get a professional out to fix it same day. Turns out, Jayson was right, it was dangerous. All of this came at a lower price than we have ever paid even for basic vent cleaning. I don't even want to imagine what could've happened if we had called a different company, or if they hadn't sent Jayson. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it. We will never use anyone else for any service that this company provides. read more

I have been using Amazon for several years and they are amazing. Excellent service and unmatched professionalism. They show up when scheduled and do quality work at very reasonable prices. Very impressed and happy with Amazon Air Duct Cleaning! Mike was the assigned technician who arrived on time, even calling me to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived, he courteously removed his shoes upon entering my house and told me exactly what he was going to do regarding cleaning the dryer vent. The whole job took about a half hour, with Mike explaining all the steps he was taking and, after, he cleaned up (did a fabulous clean-up!). I will definitely be using this company in the future. I found Amazon Aiir Duct on yelp. Liked the reviews. Called and got a quick appointment as most others did. Jason came over, fixed the issues in my drier vent that the last contractor messed up. I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Jason and Jasson just left. We needed our dryer vent cleaned and found out it actually needed to be replaced. About 30 feet was removed and replaced. Jason and Jasson showed up on time and did an absolutely fantastic job! I now have metal ducts rather than the original cracked and broken plastic ducts that were installed in 1973. We live in a condo with a very hard attic to navigate, but the team here today were able to do everything within 3 hours. When they took out the old vents they were completely filled with lint. No air at all was making it through at all. Needless to say, our dryer was not working anymore. It took 4 cycles to dry a small load and we knew we needed professionals. Super clean, courteous, friendly and professional. Both gentlemen worked non stop till the job was completed and it included cutting a new hole in laundry room ceiling and routing the vents correctly. They cleaned up every speck of dust as if no one was even here. Cosmetically perfect too. Alex was the person in charge of scheduling and he made sure they were right on time today. I HIGHLY recommend Amazon Air Duct cleaning for all of your duct needs. Their customer service exceeded all expectations! 10 stars in my book! Thank you again Jason and Jasson! You guys were amazing! And thank you Alex for making this happen today for an excellent price! Keith Pascucci Scarsdale NY read more

We needed our chimney cleaned and they came out the next day (everyone else was booked for months). Price was reasonable and the two men who came out were professional, thorough, and gave us plenty of tips for our duct work/dryer vent. Yesterday Jason from Amazon Air Duct Cleaning came to our home and completely fixed our dryer duct problem. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In order to clear the duct from lint build up, Jason had to climb up into a pretty cramped, hot attic but did this without complaint. Jason told me he has been doing this type of work for many years, and his experience is priceless in fixing my issues. I would recommend this company and especially Jason for fixing your dryer problems. read more

I needed both my dryer duct and chimney cleaned--quickly, cleanly, inexpensively and, ideally, at the same time. Amazon delivered. This was the second time I used them for dryer duct and it was easy decision to go back and add chimney duties. Dominic and Anthony kept me updated on when they were going to arrive and got here right on time. They clearly explained what they were going to and then did it quietly, efficiently and effectively. They took before-and-after photos and they made sure I was satisfied prior to taking payment. We engaged Amazon for chimney cleaning, based on the outstanding reviews on Yelp, as well as proximity. They responded immediately (on a Sunday! Terry, who did our cleaning, said he works seven days a week) and arrived promptly. He was very pleasant, told me it would take about a half hour, and it did. The price, reduced because of a current promotion, was very reasonable. I would certainly use them again in future. read more
