Brian arrived early and was respectful about removing his shoes and cleaned each vent thoroughly. He explained any questions I had with knowledge and patience. He took before and after photos of every vent and return. I couldn't believe some of the stuff that came out of the vent including a beer can. On the phone I was told the cleaning cost $287 for a single unit plus tax and was charged for that. For additional services, you get a price on the spot and can decide to get it done or not. I'm not sure whether the individual sent out was new to the field, but there were problems all the way through. When I called to see if I could switch companies, I was told "No". The first furnace ordered, by them, was a "Downflow". One would expect from the name, that this type would be installed in an attic. When I asked about this, I was told "oh, yeah we can change it", because it was going in my basement. The installation left a hole in my wall and the new unit (which they came to measure for before ordering) went past the door frame and left me unable to close my utility/laundry room door. When I called to ask about coming back to fix it. I was told "maybe a curtain could work instead". I moved on and took the loss. Now they refuse to remove me from their calling list and keep calling with sales calls. When I tell them to stop calling and "fuck off", They call back like 8 year olds playing on the phone in the 80's. This is not a business I can recommend in ANY way. Stay far away unless you don't mind having your home damaged and then being harassed by the people who did it.

The first scheduled visit was canceled at the last minute. I thought odd because your no storms or heat wave, but it happens. The second scheduled visit was a no-show and no call. The third scheduled visit once again and no show in a no call. So three no-shows and three no answers because nobody's getting back to me to reschedule and I've left messages and emails. I'm taking a chance by writing this because now I'm wondering whether this is done on purpose. I read a couple of other reviews about the great service from the technician and yes, I can attest to that a couple of visits but more likely they are not all that great. One technician practically begged me to give him a great review which I did, but he wasn't that. Great I just felt bad. Another technician installed the wrong size filter more than once. You can't make up these stories. So now after several calls and emails I have yet to get a call back to reschedule my service at this point. I am now forced to go to someone higher not that it matters but maybe the upper management will have a little better chance of getting me scheduled then I am able to.
