Since July 12, I have called this number 6-7 times, left detailed voicemails, and have never once received a call back, voicemail, or email. My most recent rent increase went into effect today despite my repeated efforts to speak with someone before it happened. This is not just poor customer service--it is blatant disregard for the people who keep this company in business. StorQuest seems to have no problem taking more money from long-term customers while making it nearly impossible to reach anyone in a position of authority who can actually resolve an issue.
