I had a rush job needed within 2 hours for a urgent project my company is coordinating, and I happened upon Peter from Postall Center from quick searches online for a print shop. He not only answered my phone call and ensured the print job will be handled, but he also gave me real-time text updates of how the print job was looking, and ETA for delivering it himself to destination we needed it to go to in the area. The price for the job felt fair also - totally will be bringing more business towards this center's way. I cannot recommend enough how amazing the service was and how Peter saved this project from becoming delayed. Such a nice Neighborhood business. They have everything you may need: Posterboard and every color, markers and glitter, mailing equipment, pens and pencils. The owner is always so helpful, going out of his way to help you find a solution for whatever you need and he's really kind and friendly and dealing with his customers. He even drove to my home to deliver my lost ID and credit card after I left it at his store. Definitely better service and amenities than you would find at the local chain store. I would be lost without Harry and Brittney at the Postall Center. ALL of my mail, packages etc get delivered here. Their personalized service in shipping, receiving is appreciated and necessary. Terrible service. I called ahead to confirm my emailed printing order and they still got it wrong and it was paperwork for a new job. They Overcharged me for my first print job and I still went back to try them again. I asked about printing photos on copier paper after I saw a customer do so and the owner told me they don't provide that service. The owner also couldn't tell me the price of my package via FedEx vs. UPS. What kind of business are you running sir????????? The Owner was also rude and implied he didn't need the additional customers, as if a small business in a pandemic doesn't need his customers. I tried to support them. But now I won't. I will drive further and go directly to UPS or FedEx for service. Thanks for nothing. You are THE WORST!!!!!! read more

I have relied on the Postall Center for my shipping needs for many years. I moved to White Plains 5 years ago and still travel to Briarcliff when shipping a package. Very hard to find this type of service these days. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful which makes me never want to go anywhere else! read more
