If you go to the correct website (the link here on Yelp appears to be incorrect - the correct…read morewebsite is https://feedingwestchester.org/ and not the "Food Bank for Westchester" link shown in the Yelp profile here), you will see the services they offer, and the help they can seriously utilize. They will connect you with a variety of Food Banks, Food Pantries, Soup Kitchens, and a Mobile Food Pantry. With cold weather and an uncertain political landscape rapidly approaching, please utilize the services of Feeding Westchester ahead of finding yourself in an actual "food emergency". If you are in such a position, please consider donating some funds to feed a hungry neighbor, donating some food for feeding seniors and children, or offering your time to volunteer, please do so. The food is healthy, it is free, and it is plentiful. Feeding Westchester is a phenomenal organization; they will steward us through whatever difficulties life should throw at us. God bless, and be well. PS: I see a review on here from 2019 (it is also a review from an account with only one review -- hmmmm...). This one-star review (amazingly unjustified, in my opinion, too) - this is obviously skewing the "stars" to be lower than they ought to be.

I asked why I was told they could not tell me. I had the Guide Dog for three weeks two weeks training and a week alone. The Guide Dog Dragged me to chase a cat.I had to lay there for awhile this was traumatizing and put me into a depression. Also they really need compassionate people not a trainer barking at you in 100 degree weather. Especially being that I worked part time and then had to walk in 100 degree weather with the Guide Dog and trainer. I had days off but never seen yhe trainer this days. I would n9t recommend this company and no one even checked on me that's what's really crazy. I was dragged threw a path & dirt never heard fe9m them when the Guide Dog was returned by my son.Till this day I am scared to get another one. The6 knew this Dog did not want to be a Guide Dog I was the third person so I feel they put me in danger. Thank you

After 4 surgeries to try to save his foot, he ultimately underwent a below the knee amputation. During what has been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming time for our family, we were welcomed into a place that felt warm, supportive, and truly comforting. From the moment we arrived, the staff and volunteers went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness, compassion, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed--they created an environment where we could focus on what mattered most, knowing that everything else was taken care of. The house itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully organized. Every space--from the kitchen to the common areas to the private rooms--was designed to provide comfort and a sense of normalcy. The meals, amenities, and little touches throughout the house made a huge difference in our daily lives. What stood out most was the friendliness and compassion of the entire staff. Phil, Jitka, Barbara, Tara, Brylee, Ana, Katheryn, Krista, Ashlyn, Karen- we love you all. Ethan celebrated his 21st birthday at the house. The staff was thoughtful and gracious enough to get him a card and gift. We sincerely appreciate your kindness. We are deeply grateful for everything the Ronald McDonald House provided us--comfort, care, and a true home away from home. It is an incredible organization that makes a meaningful impact on families when they need it most. We will never forget our experience and cannot thank you enough.

What an amazing place for families that need their services…read more I remember growing up and seeing the donation house at several McDonald's locations. To be honest, sometimes you just don't know if your donations will go to the organization unless it is on a big platform. However, I was able to see that this place has provided accommodations, supplies and meals to my sister so she can stay close to the hospital to care for her newborn. I can donate to this wonderful organization cheerfully because I have witnessed what they do for countless families. Everything they need is provided for them at no cost which is simply amazing.
