Super small location, mainly a donation center, they only take cards for payment. It's only that one room and then a donation center on the other side.

For a tiny store, I found a few good items! I wish they would bring back a larger store to the area.

Friendly service. The representative explained the restrictions on donations, which I understood. It was a nice and easy experience.

My condo was full of…read morefurniture and belongings--everything left untouched since I moved to the West Coast 10 years ago. I honestly didn't think it would be possible to clear it all out, but they made it happen. They worked incredibly hard, super friendly throughout, and communicated exceptionally well. I received multiple emails, texts, and calls to ensure everything was coordinated and followed through seamlessly. Although they couldn't finish everything on the first day because the truck waa filled up, they quickly arranged for another team to return the very next day and complete the job without any hassle. I'm extremely grateful for their help and feel like a big burden lifted off my shoulders. I would absolutely trust and hire them again in the future. 10/10!!

Junkluggers came up first in my Google search, and having a sponsored listing probably serves them well as there are a LOT of junk removal companies out there. The lady who answered the phone was gracious and gave me the 'no pressure' spiel and I was hooked. I mean, they come to the house, look at the junk, give you a number on the spot, and you either say yes or no without obligation. Pretty simple :) After receiving a phone call with an arrival time (professional and courteous) four guys arrived the next morning within the 2 hour window, all of them introduced themselves and shook my hand, and then I took them to the spa in the backyard. The thing was 7x7 and weighed a ton. After evaluating the situation, they gave me a number that was comparable to another quote I had received, and so I gave them the 'go ahead.' Knowing it was too heavy to pick up (having done plenty of other spas previously) they cut the thing into quarters using heavy-duty reciprocating saws that they had in the truck. It wasn't an easy job, as it was also raining, but they did it in about 30-40 minutes, cleaned up the area, and then bid me farewell with a personal check in hand. The communication via email and phone was great, accepting a personal check or credit card was convenient, and the whole process from answering service to appointment time to the pickup guys demeanor was all very professional. Highly recommended.

I was almost instantly given the warmest welcome by their three volunteers, Mark, Scott, and Tom. My first interaction was with Mark who gave me a separate tour of the Theatre and provided the inside scoop into the history of the building, how it was built in the 18000s and saved so that it wouldn't be torn town. I admired the building, and how they keep it preserved. The moldings on the wall were beautiful, the tiling, and the architectural design of the theatre was preserved for 300 years and is still running. I was also given a small peek into the old projector room that they don't use anymore. I didn't know this until now but this theatre is a favorite of my grandparents. I was also a fan of the DVD donation collection that they had in the shop. It's huge! They have plenty of genres for all ages and that's when I had a fun conversation with Tom about movies, and famous actors. If you take the time to stop and talk to them, they are pretty great. I found the movie I was looking for which is pretty cool seeing as the chances were slim but I was happy and purchased a few extras. Each DVD is around $2 but I don't know how much the records are. Scott is also really kind and personable as well and will answer any and all questions you have about music, the difference they make for the theatre, and where you can find them on social media. If you ever find yourself in Tarrytown and you're looking for a place to find good music and a really cool movie collection coming here is the best choice. That's the same if you would like to meet some really cool people who care a lot about the theatre and it's history. So please come browse, chill, donate, or even volunteer. You'll be glad you did.

These are not pristine records, they're donations. Either its' $2 unless marked' (as posted everywhere), or its '$2 unless marked, or possibly more when you bring a record up and the guy randomly decides he wants to charge more.' If it's the latter, the signs need to change.
