They not only ship and receive, but they have a mail box service as well as selling other services along with a variety of cards, see the pictures. Bud has retired but there's still people that know me here. It's located in a little shopping mall with a fair sized parking lot. I'm so glad that they remodeled the parking lot, there were incidents on a daily or weekly basis because of a big divider in the entrance to the parking lot. People would lose sight of it and drive upon it. If you were the unlucky one, you most likely needed to call a tow truck . Yes it was that large and tall. I needed to print a simple gift certificate for my husband's birthday. You have to pay by the minute to use the computers here. So I jumped on, hit "print", changed the settings from b&w to color, and waited for it to print. But it didn't. I went to the machine, it said it was out of magenta toner. I went to one of the staff, who told me to wait, because she was training another employee on how to ship something. Never mind that I'm paying by the minute. She came over to the printer and said " just a minute I need to see if we have the toner." What?! You're a print shop, I came to print 1 thing in color and you're not sure if you have the color toner?! I got frustrated that the meter was still running so I logged off. She didn't find the toner so she gave me another option for printing at another machine. "But I already paid for the printing over there, so are you saying I need to pay again?" She asked me for proof via a receipt. Thank heaven I had selected "email me a receipt from the computer" before I logged off. Showed her the receipt. She said she'd reprint it behind the counter for free. Then she showed me a way to print items in the future from my email without having to login to a computer (3 stars for that, as it was very helpful) and she got me my printed gift certificate before I left.

I was clearly told that no appointment was needed and I could simply bring it in. Based on that, we made the trip to the store, only to be told there was no tech person on site. We were then advised to come back the next day because a service ticket would need to be opened and it "wouldn't be good" to leave the computer overnight. When we asked what time the technician would be available, the associate didn't have a clear answer and had to check their phone, eventually saying "around 11am to maybe 7pm." There was no clear communication, no consistency, and no real attempt to be helpful. It ended up being a complete waste of time. I strongly suggest better staff training so customers are given accurate information before making unnecessary trips

In terms of organization, this Staples is one of the better ones I've been to - it's well stocked and the aisles are clean. For one of my first visits I went for some office supplies and I was in and out. For my second visit, I utilized them as a location to complete my TSA Pre-Check application; even though there was a little bit of a wait, they were very friendly and the whole process was very efficient. With ample parking and a convenient location right off the Sprain, this is definitely a location I would return to despite not being in my backyard.
