INFURIATING!! How on…read moreearth could multiple issues surround the simple delivery of one package within a three day span? FedEx driver claimed on two separate deliveries that no one was home, it was quite the contrary. All the driver had to do was ring the door bell and most importantly, read the already signed authorization posted on the front door to leave the package without signature...that did not happen. Numerous phone calls made to FedEx, plus as suggested by the 800# rep, include my contact number for the driver to ensure delivery. No phone call. No reattempt of delivery. No package. To end this long story, as there is more to it. I chose to take the early drive to Mt. Vernon on an already hectically scheduled, snowy morning to retrieve said package before its return back to the sender. What a mess. One good note I must add. Though I had to pick the package up myself, the shipping centers reps at the desk were polite and efficient.

Bud has retired but there's still people that know me here. It's located in a little shopping mall with a fair sized parking lot. I'm so glad that they remodeled the parking lot, there were incidents on a daily or weekly basis because of a big divider in the entrance to the parking lot. People would lose sight of it and drive upon it. If you were the unlucky one, you most likely needed to call a tow truck . Yes it was that large and tall.
