It's impossible to tell, entering from this direction, which side of the counter is designated for customers. There's no signage, and there are lcd screens facing both directions. All employees were chitchatting in the rear of store, none at counter...I assumed the sole person at the counter was an employee, and took position opposite him. Turned out he was a customer. I was informed semi-audibly by a twenty-something employee muttering through an N95 mask that I was "standing on _our_ side of the counter." He made a vague hand gesture toward the other side of the counter and said something (also inaudible because of the mask) about drop-off being "there." I moved to the opposite side of the counter. After a minute or so he came over, gestured vaguely toward the front of the store, and said impatiently into his mask that there was a self-service kiosk. When I moved toward the (poorly labeled) kiosk he said petulantly "never mind, I'm here now," and proceeded to scan my package and issue a receipt. Rude? Not exactly -- but petulant, entitled, impatient, and definitely "pissy." Irritating enough to leave me sitting in the parking lot writing my first-ever Yelp review :-) I'll definitely drive the extra mile next time to do my shipping from the Staples outlet down the road in New Rochelle.

She then found another error on the page she hadn't looked at and again bit my husband's head off. Lady, next time to your job and examine all the paperwork before sending us back to make changes. She verbally attacked my husband and he said to her well you only pointed out the one issue. She got mad and screamed at him that "don't you accuse me of anything SIR!". Her behavior was simply shocking. How are these workers allowed to speak to customers like that? Will never go back to this location.

They provide good value for the dollar and their competitors are the companies mentioned earlier. Since 2002 I've been using this service for picking up something or dropping off. It's a very friendly environment and throughout the decades we've come to know each other really well. I do love the remodeling that has occured. It's spacious and beautiful. They not only ship and receive, but they have a mail box service as well as selling other services along with a variety of cards, see the pictures. Bud has retired but there's still people that know me here. It's located in a little shopping mall with a fair sized parking lot. I'm so glad that they remodeled the parking lot, there were incidents on a daily or weekly basis because of a big divider in the entrance to the parking lot. People would lose sight of it and drive upon it. If you were the unlucky one, you most likely needed to call a tow truck . Yes it was that large and tall. We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. He was helpful, kind and patient. This wasn't even an expensive print job but we had the best quality. I am planning on doing all of my wedding stationary with this location and am super greatful that they could help us with a last minute print job distaster.

They always held the document over night because their couriers were so late. Go with a different company, they're terrible.
