He not only answered my phone call and ensured the print job will be handled, but he also gave me real-time text updates of how the print job was looking, and ETA for delivering it himself to destination we needed it to go to in the area. The price for the job felt fair also - totally will be bringing more business towards this center's way. They quoted me $92, not because it was heavy but because of the size of the box. Needless to say I opted to try something else. He said they have multiple boxes for sale and if I came in, we could try and find a cheaper solution. I stopped in on the way home and after a couple of different "fittings" we found the smallest box that would fit the coat. Total cost including the box $47.
