I needed to find a place and I saw this establishment. I brought it there. They said they would take a look at it. Shouldn't be too big of a deal. I really thought I was gonna pay a ton of money to get it fixed because I know nothing about neon lights and tubing. They quoted me $92, not because it was heavy but because of the size of the box. Needless to say I opted to try something else. I called The Mailbox store and spoke to a guy who explained that the charge is based not only the weight but the size of the box. He said they have multiple boxes for sale and if I came in, we could try and find a cheaper solution. I stopped in on the way home and after a couple of different "fittings" we found the smallest box that would fit the coat. Total cost including the box $47. When I walked in the man at the desk was talking to a friend completely ignored me for at least 10 min when he finally acknowledged me he was very rude grabbed my papers scanned them charged me $10.00 I thought that was high never had anything scanned before I left there feeling ripped off and angry how I was treated, next day went to the Fed Ex needed more paperwork scanned and was greeted by a friendly man that was so helpful and charged me only 47 cents for the same 2 pages. I really feel that the Print Shop discriminated against me because I wasn't Jewish will not do business there.
