It was just one of those things that was a little detail, but we got real excited about it. However, the idea came to us with only a week to go until the wedding. We looked online and the prices and timelines were not feasible for us. Given what we found online, we were hesitant to even ask Donna for help because we didn't think it would be possible to pull off such a request with only a week to fulfill it. If I could give this copy center 0 stars I would. I used them to ship a package and needed to…read moretrack the package, but they did not provide a tracking number. It was supposed to be listed on the hand written shipping form they provide. I called and the female who answered said she was too busy to check. I asked for a manager who was not in, and the worker did not know when he would be back. She then hung up on me. I called back several minutes later and still, no manager. I said I would be coming directly into the shop. Low and behold a minute later I got a call back from the Manager who refused to acknowledge that the I had called several times (he only heard me call once and not the first two times since he was MIA), refused to acknowledge that his worker was rude and unhelpful, and then got angry with me, and proceeded to hang up the phone on me while I was telling him that they needed basic customer support training. Good thing I remembered to tell my husband to take a photo of the package so I was able to track it. My next email is to FedX who should be aware of how their company is negatively represented by this copy center.
