Nobody ever imagines something like this happening to them. I certainly did not.
And nothing could ever prepare you for a phone call for a crime scene
clean-up job, especially when it's someone in your family.
And I was not prepared, emotionally and financially for it.
Sal and his team, especially Judy who I dealt the most with were
nothing but THE BEST.
They made the most horrible experience of our lives, bearable. They
handled the clean-up for my aunts apartment quickly and professionally
while keeping us informed of the process each step of the way. I was
even allowed to have a friend supervise since I could not be there
until it was cleaned up. But it was not even necessary since this
company is VERY trustworthy. They also helped with dealing with her
very schrewed management company. When no one else seemed to have our
back as victims ourselves, Biocleaners DID and I am so grateful that I
stumbled upon them. From the initial phoncall, to everything inbetween
their expertise and experience in this field revealed themselves each
time we hit a bump. They were informative each step of the way and
handled the worst details with such care and compassion. I could not
thank Sal, Judy, and their amazing team enough for helping us get
through this.
I would never wish this service on anyone but in these kind of
crisis', if it calls for it, these are the people you want on your
side.
