I have had other cleaners in my home and eac never experienced a more horrible cleaning service. Similar to the review below, had two cleaners no one spoke English, they missed so many spots, after complaining they sent thee people, I sent pictures of all the missed spots, then they said if you want better cleaning we need more time which will be fifty dollars more, I agreed they came in again did a little better, then they called me and said now your monthly rate will be $392 from $250 because e worked extra time from the extra time before, then they said you should find a another company if you can't pay that price, I left the company and more have a 1 great independent cleaner at a very reasonable price that cleans much better then the three people or two they sent. I have been ill & was told by my Dr that I had to clean my apt with bleach to kill the spores.I can't use bleach because it's toxic for me. I looked for a cleaning service and called Main Brigade. I spoke to a young lady, Robin who was very helpful and concerned. She told me they could kill the spires without using bleach. She even sent me an article about it. When I got the estimate it wasn't terrible but being a senior on a fixed income it was going to be alot for me. We made an appt and I told her I'd use 2 credit cards. SHE was very concerned and compassionate about what was happening to me concerning my illness. After we made the appointment she called me a few minutes uses later to tell me that Maid Brigade was going to bring me the cleaner and disinfectant to use on my own free! I was in shock! This is above and beyond! I never worked with a company & Robin who are so kind and caring There are no words to express how thankful I am to everyone there. I would move forward with this service; however, I was called by Sandra, who met me with attitude and passive-aggressive comments. She explained that she is direct with all of her customers; however, it was extremely rude. I was only asking why I was being charged $450 as a one-time charge and how long the contract commitment was, and she proceeded to tell me not to waste their time if I was not going to stay long term. She also mentioned that if I purchase the one-time charge, it will be a few weeks out. However, if you do the subscription, she can "squeeze me in." This place seems to be highly rated, and I am sure the maids do good work - however, I was met with unprofessionalism. I am a professional, and I expected to be treated like one. read more

We used Maid Brigade for a few years. At first things were great. We were serviced by a 3 person team, two of which were the same each cleaning. Eventually over time the two regular cleaners left the company and we were sent random people each time. Also, the quality of the cleaning and the care they were taking went down and down. They became sloppy. More than once we found our tv remove in with the laundry. At the cleaning before last, one cleaner came in unmasked. One of their tasks was to empty the trash in the bathrooms and bedrooms. They would miss emptying a basket or they would change the basket and leave the full trash bag next to the now empty one. We also had a language problem at the end. Nobody in the crew spoke any English at all. We couldn't ask them to do anything specific because they didn't understand. Even pointing proved fruitless. I called the office after the second to last cleaning to voice my concerns. I got a call back that they put a new crew member on our team who was great and would make sure everything got done properly. So at the last cleaning they came. Still had the language problem as we asked them to dust a small table in the living room and they dusted a box of chocolates. After they left we found a trash basket that was not emptied. I contacted the office again with my concerns. A few days later I got a call back and was told we should find another company. We are no longer customers. I would not recommend them at all. They are not inexpensive and if you decide to use them. Don't let them leave until you do a full top to bottom house inspection each cleaning or else you will be redoing everything they missed. read more

I would give this cleaning company five additional stars. My elderly Mom rented to loser's on a handshake agreement. Fast forward to three year's later, the beautiful, immaculate apartment was trashed when they moved. It stunk from cat urine and mildew was growing in bathroom, toilet caked in slime, the floors were covered in dirt, rugs blackened, windows smeared. The filth was beyond comprehension. My family cried thinking anyone could live like this and be so rotten to destroy property when we were kind to them. I called Maid Brigade and spoke with Robin. She reassured me, after viewing pictures, their team would handle. I was ecstatic w happiness. She was understanding, compassionate and willing to help with anything, everything I needed. My elderly Dad landed in hospital w life threatening illness and while rushing to hospital, I called Robin to cancel. No one would be in apartment, I was unable to inspect their work, I wanted to pay by check when finished and a million other worries. She treated me w KINDNESS and again reassured me IF I wasn't happy, they would return /complete to my satisfaction and to mail the check when I could. Pictures were forwarded to me of immaculate, sparkling apartment BEFORE THE TEAM LEFT. A supervisor travels with the maids to give you a quote before work in started but also reassuring job is done correctly. I was ASKED AGAIN if I was satisfied. My breathe was taken away. My elderly Mom would see the surprise when we returned to home later in pm.A follow up phone call was made from Robin asking if I was happy when I got home. We worked well together and I felt like she was a friend. For the filth, condition of apt., I felt the final price was acceptable. If I had to clean it, my time was worth every penny plus more. I would use Maid Brigade again and thank them for working immediately and eliminating every obstacle which seem to jump out, considerately. Everyone was very kind and came one time. The estimate was clear and fair. I believe the price was reasonable however I don't feel that the cleaning was really up to the standards that I would have wished for. The apartment was newly painted and fairly dusty from the painting but when I came The counters still had a film of dust on them as well as the floor. There was still a lot of dust and foot prints. While the tub and toilet and sink were cleaned nicely, there were remnants or bleach or some type of white cleaning product the floor which caused it to have a matte film. Aside from that the stove, oven, microwave and fridge were all cleaned very nicely which I really do appreciate. I needed to get my Mother's apartment cleaned up to sell. Although it was empty and newly painted, there was a lot of dust from some tile and construction work done in numerous rooms. Also some appliances, kitchen cabinets and bath and shower fixtures were showing their age. Maid Brigade did a fantastic prompt job. After they finished, the apartment was spotless and shiny. Cabinets cleaned in and out. Windows cleaned on both sides. They took off the air conditioner covers and cleaned them as well. No dust, even in the far recesses of the closets. They even removed shower doors to clean inside the railing tracks. The refrigerator which had thirty five years of fingerprints and discoloration looked almost new, inside and out. Hired this service to clean an already relatively clean 1 bedroom apartment. Was quoted $150.00 -200 for service, 2 persons. They came 2 hours early with three people, were finished in 1.5 hours and charged $214.00 and change including tax. Job they did was ok not remarkable. Price is DEFINITELY too high and I would not recommend their service. I could have cleaned the place myself in three hours and still wouldn't have charged that.
