The two clerks there, Evers and Roman, have a very tough job, with all of the people in there, all the time, without masks and constantly cutting the lines with questions or looking for a pen. I don't know why there's only one person at the window at such a BUSY location? But, somehow, they manage to make it work, despite the long lines and difficult customers. I waited all day for my package to surprise my wife her gift and they didn't even ring my doorbell. They just left me a notice. And they always do that! And they never re deliver. I had three instances of friends/family sending letters with cash/gift cards only for the letter to not have any once I received it. I blame the postal service because I lived in a condo where my mailbox was inaccessible unless you had the key to open it. Obviously it's poor practice to send cash/gift cards over mail (and I encourage everyone not to do it), but it's even worse when you have dishonest worker(s) stealing from you. I tried lodging complaints to USPS about these instances but they were of zero help.

I also like that it has an open self service lobby, so if you need to go after hours it's available. Parking is ample too.
