I had three instances of friends/family sending letters with cash/gift cards only for the letter to not have any once I received it. I blame the postal service because I lived in a condo where my mailbox was inaccessible unless you had the key to open it. Obviously it's poor practice to send cash/gift cards over mail (and I encourage everyone not to do it), but it's even worse when you have dishonest worker(s) stealing from you. I tried lodging complaints to USPS about these instances but they were of zero help.

They look at you from the other side of the window as if they are watching you behind a zoo glass. Human-like beings that have never seen humans... it's odd. There was some positivity - the individual in the back did come and work with me to solve it, although outcome was still not what I wanted. Experience: Came here to print. Very familiar with the process of using their pc to login into my email to print. Sequence of events: - Printed my documents, accepted payment - Printer was not working, asked the front desk and they told me to email them - The documents were printed but the second page on one of the documents did not align and words were cut out or blurred Instead I left paying 12 dollars (cost of using PC and accepting the print), using the extra step, and still one of the documents was not printed correctly. If you are reading this, I would recommend, if you are not in a hurry, to always ask the front desk for support first because the machinery at this store is not working properly. Especially when you are paying for time using their PC to print. Stay safe everyone.

Their main business seems to be small electronics and protective equipment (phone/tablet cases, headphones, chargers, gaming controllers, etc), international shipping - mainly to Central and South America and funds wiring. The only knock is that it can get pretty packed their, you'll be tended to after you've waited on line for a little while and the person will direct you to the other end of the store too wait yet again, because they only handle wiring and shipping. I mean, it's a small space - you can't grab a charger from 12' away and ring me up for it? Other than that, the place provides good service.

I had to take 1/2 a day off from work just to pick up a package. The website is inefficient and I received a dozen emails from them and most contained incorrect info. I would rather use USPS or Fed Ex. The staff was nice and professional. I went in the morning so there was no wait. They check your photo ID and compare it to info on the package you request. While the process was quick it was very inconvenient.

The location is a bit small and a line can form the moment two people are in there. They are very slow and don't care of working quicker.
