This Post Office is ALWAYS crowded, with too many people in the lobby, especially in the middle of this COVID Pandemic. The two clerks there, Evers and Roman, have a very tough job, with all of the people in there, all the time, without masks and constantly cutting the lines with questions or looking for a pen. I don't know why there's only one person at the window at such a BUSY location? But, somehow, they manage to make it work, despite the long lines and difficult customers. When I got to the window I asked him how to certify an envelope and he told me to get off line and I said it was fine I could send it without, he rolled his eyes and I asked him why he had an attitude with everyone . I go to this post office on a weekly basis. There is usually a long line and it seems understaffed at times. However, Roman and Ever are the reasons why I keep going to this location. They help me find the most dependable and economical way to mail/ship my materials. They always explain the differences between delivery times and costs. They've always been very kind to me but having an extra person would help those long lines. I would give it 5 starts because they are so helpful but they need more staff. read more

This post office is the worst post office in the world! I have been coming in for two weeks to check on my mail in my P.O. box. I've been waiting for a few checks. Just to find out that They allowed someone to do fraudulent activity with my P.O. Box and tamper with my mail and put people on my P.O. Box without my authorization. When I went to the post office location to see where my mail was and who did fraud they could not help. I asked for the The supervisor and he would not listen to me at all and instead told me that they did not know who did fraud and forged my signature. The other employees began to chime in and listen in on my situation. I told the supervisor I opened the box for personal reasons and I asked the supervisor to place my partners name on the box so we can receive all mail there moving forward. He did not want to do it. Instead he proceeded to insinuate that my partner did the fraud to begin with. Regardless of his accusations, I wanted my partner on MY P.O. Box. They refused to take my partners information which was his state ID and social. And proceeds to show me a paper saying he can't take that information. However, I opened the P.O. Box using only my State ID and social and I paid MY MONEY for the box for the rest of the YEAR! And I was physically there giving my authorization.. I don't understand the confusion. the service is terrible! and I wouldn't recommend opening up a P.O. Box here! Never have I had to deal with the mockery and belligerent attitude of usps Gabriel E Ali. My wife and I were looking for our mail in the PO Box my wife just purchased a few weeks ago and I wasn't given permission to use the PO BOX, because apparently I wasn't an authorized user. As she tried to explain the situation and telling him to do it, he refused, even with her present and my two forms of ID "he refused". We told him we came from welfare and unemployment and then he laughed at us, and our children's situation. He refused to do his job and then laughed about how he didn't have to do anything. We found this to be extremely unprofessional when he began mocking us about being broke and not having a lease through eviction , I know now I will have to take civil action on this matter. No employee like this should be doing this job, especially with zero customer service and the harassment against me and my wife, and by the way our mail is missing this is a big issue. I'd give the post office experience itself more like a 3 but I am rounding up because the people that work at this branch are top notch. Lines have always been long every time I've gone but if I am mailing something I always make sure to have the postage pre-paid and printed from home so I can just pop it in the box. I did have a po box at this branch at one point but for the cost I decided to go another route. Our mailman is also one of the better ones. Knows us by face and the mail is always there at practically the same time. People complain about the US postal system all the time, I see more of a silver lining at least in our branch, and if you want to see real problems with getting mail delivered try living in Eastern Europe for a little bit.
