    Drivers keep leaving packages outside the locked entry to the building. Trying to resolve a missing package and been on hold for over 41 minutes and still counting. Drivers are leaving packages outside a locked door of a building with over 60 units and forging resident signatures on the rest. i have pictures and will be having my lawyer look into being i cannot get a supervisor on the phone. Someone picks up the phone to see if i'm still holding and puts me back on hold. Negative 1 star ...............Now after 51 minutes someone picked up the phone see if i'm still holding and put me back on hold and disconnected the phone.

They were not always good, especially recently- messenger was late, a few times had the wrong address etc., but this time it was totally unacceptable from the beginning - the guy on the phone was rude, disrespectful and not even letting me finish giving him the address, was constantly interrupting. His tone was like he's the only one in the whole world who can pick up and deliver the 3lb bag from the center of Manhattan to Manhattan Downtown :-) So I just hung up to not waste my time and tried LightSpeed Express. LightSpeed Express is fast, respectful, responsible, professional, friendly. Arrived and delivered so fast, I didn't believe. Delivery guy is smart, friendly and professional. Would like to know his name. Guy on the phone, Pablo, is very detail oriented and focused on client's needs (unlike the NYC messenger one). Price is same as NYC Messenger, BTW. The best part is that our client, who received delivery, was super happy about their service as well. Used their service on Friday January 24 for delivery from Flatiron area to Church street Manhattan. Will use LightSpeed Delivery again and recommend to everyone.

I'd left my work laptop at the office and was about to work remotely for 5 days ... going all the way there and back (a 4+ hour round trip) was out of the question. Deondre knew the location ("we deliver there all the time") and gave me an instant quote that was very reasonable. When the driver who picked up my laptop was delayed at at appointment, Deondre picked up the ball and retrieved my laptop and brought it to me. He is personable, communicative and just a nice person. I will definitely spread the word. RELIABLE. That's the word. Thanks, D! P.S. Get payment method settled before completing the booking. We initially agreed on cash to the driver, then D later said I could Zelle. Both are fine, but I'd already trotted off to the ATM to ensure I had enough cash. No harm done, but knowing Zelle was acceptable would have saved that trip (I needed the mini-walk, anyway!).
