The North Bergen mail carriers are too lazy to bring packages to your apartment door. I've called to verify that the postal workers should deliver packages to your door in an apartment building. I've complained a few times about mail carriers leaving packages in random places in the building. Once on a radiator in 1st floor hallway. Another time on the steps inside the building where somebody could trip. Another time on the floor on 1st floor. And now piled up in mail area in the basement. In a multi-dwelling building that is very unsafe. People can steal packages easily and things can go missing. I received a text alert that my package was delivered while I was home. He made no attempt to ring the bell or knock on my door. I quickly went downstairs to look for my package and found it by the mailboxes. I tried to find the mailman but he was not at his truck. I will be complaining once again. The previous carriers used to knock and make sure you got your package. If not they would at least leave it at your door read more

My case is delicate and outrageous. I can't believe a federal agency which us "the costumers" are supposed to rely our trust, our items and more importantly our personal information, could messed up the most unthinkable way possible. I apply for my first passport back in September,12,2019 I Pay all my fees and filled out my application accordingly to their demands. To emphasize, I wasn't born in this country which I have to handle the original copy of my certificate of naturalization, 2 month later I'm wondering why I haven't get my passport with my naturalization. I tried to tracking my package and the tracking number didn't work. I decided to go to the post office to figure out what happened to my package. I was told my package was delivered to try to contact the passport agency which I did and I was told by one of the agent passport agency never received my information. Ever since then it been hell for me, I filled out a complain twice and my case was close twice without been resolved. Today is December, 03,19 they still haven't give me answers, I have a fly due December, 15. Which the post office is aware of. The saddest part is that their insurance won't covers all the fees to get me a new certificate, Now I'm completely lost, I have called the passport agency 3 times, same as immigration to find out a solution to this problem but their best advice is for me to start a new process and to fill out a application to get me a new certificate which cost around 700$ dollars with all the fees included. The certificate original cost is 555$ without the fees. TO CONCLUDE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS POST OFFICE! IF YOU SENT A PACKAGE MAKE SURE THE TRACKING NUMBER WORKS. read more

When we arrived at the schedule time the person responsible for passaporte renew was not available because she decided to take her lunch break early. The men carriers are the worst and lazy ,they should be fired. The female carriers are much better. l have complained several times and it still keeps happening. If I could give zero stars I would. They are rude and can't seem to get deliveries correct. They put that they attempted delivery which they didn't because I was sitting waiting for delivery all day didn't even leave a note. I scheduled a redelivery and they didn't even attempt to deliver again. Terrible. Unfortunately I am required to go here when the gem of a postperson my work has assigned to them doesn't feel like delivering packages. Then I wait for the generally misinformed customer and worker to slowly advance the line before waiting again as the worker searches for a package I can see and have identified for them. I have attempted to return a purchase to a warehouse in this area and the tracking number says that the purchase is being held at this post office. Despite requesting redelivery twice, there has been no movement of my package. I have been attempting to contact this post office for two weeks on end. I have called them at least thirty times at all hours of the day. Every time, the phone rings twice and then sends me to the fax machine. I have called other post offices in this area to see if they can assist my package and am always given this number. This post office is terrible. The postal workers barely speak, never mind read in English. I have been waiting for a month for my mail to be forwarded to my new address. Unfortunately, I received mail for 2 years for the tenant who lived in my apartment before me, constantly returning it to the post office. No one there follows directions if they can in fact read!!
