There are social distancing stickers on the floor and only a certain amount of people can be in the lobby at a time. When that number is exceeded, people wait outside. If you already have your package ready to go and don't need a receipt, you can just drop it in the front. There's usually a line mid-day around lunch time, so I normally try to go in the morning or closer to when they close for the day.
