The staff themselves are not the friendliest, they all have the same "I'm just here to get paid and dip out" energy. I came to drop off an iPhone that needed to be sent to Apple as a replacement. When I dropped the iPhone off the CSR did not label or tape my package in front of me. But I assumed positive intent that he would do his job and not potentially go through my package. Long story short, I got a message from Apple stating that they received an empty box with no iPhone inside to return. So at some point between me dropping it off and it being in-transit to the return center someone pocketed my iPhone. Thankfully Apple was willing to work with me and the situation was rectified rather quickly but the fact I had to deal with that BS. It already sucks we only have two FedEx Shipping Centers in the Hoboken/Jersey City area. The location at Exchange Place is probably better but the parking is just as bad. Be cautious when dropping off your packages and always ask for a receipt.

My attending clerk had the standard "I'm just here to punch the clock and leave" attitude that most desk postal workers have. I've been to other locations where clerks were downright rude and would take about around 15+ minutes for each customer, hung on up even the most basic requests. So, this was overall a neutral experience. The bottomline is, there are far better offices in town. But, if you want the convenience of using this neighborhood post office and can arrive during an off peak time, then you should be golden. I've only had positive experiences here, and I can't imagine how hectic it is for them during COVID/the holiday season. It's a small store but the line moves quickly. There are social distancing stickers on the floor and only a certain amount of people can be in the lobby at a time. When that number is exceeded, people wait outside. If you already have your package ready to go and don't need a receipt, you can just drop it in the front. There's usually a line mid-day around lunch time, so I normally try to go in the morning or closer to when they close for the day.
