Like most reviews state, this isn't the best UPS Store in terms of quick service or size. My biggest issue is there's only one printing station. Today I waited for nearly twenty minutes to use it, the credit card reader wasn't working, then the computer froze. However, an employee was able to print my label for me in the back, so now I know that's an option for next time. It isn't a large store, but they do have social distancing stickers on the floor for customers and only a certain number of people can be in the store at a time. read more

I'm frequently in this store either for their notary services or for when I have to return something, like an Amazon product. I'm always in and out, and the staff has been great. Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews. Oh, and only until recently did they insist you wear a mask while in the store. But if you forgot, they were never jerks about it. Let me start by saying that whoever runs this store is very unprofessional! I heard a guy in the back yelling something about someone not going outside, which I'm guessing was the Owner to one of his Employees. Which is disgusting, that's definitely not how you talk to your employees!!! They're not your children! When I went to this location a few weeks ago, I noticed there's a whole new staff, Owner AND new prices! First off I was charged $5 for a notary! My receipt had a convenience fee for the notary which I'm pretty sure is illegal! NJ notary website says that it's supposed to be $2.50 for notaries so I know they're ripping people off! Second, the price for the print outs are ridiculous! I went today and emailed 11 pages for print and was charged about $6 for what would have been about half that had Justin still been running things!!!!!! Justin used to charge reasonably priced prints and now this is just ridiculous! I'll definitely be spreading the word to my neighbors about this! Save your money and go to the other store downtown! I used to love coming here because Justin ran a tight ship. Mostly decent employees and even if they were as sharp as a sack of wet mice at least nice. Recently he's hired a series of what I can only imagine were DMV rejects so if you like being talked down to or yelled at by people that started walking upright in the last 6 months, this is the place for you! You can tell from all the negative reviews, the owner doesn't care. But I'm writing a review and forwarding all the ones I see here, to the UPS corp office. This location is def not a business service store. They never read emails and the items I request to be printed, are never ready when I get there. They always have the same excuse, "oh, we missed that email". This has happened over a dozen times. It's their SOP. You could open a business center right net door and basically put them out of business. They only care about taking in UPS packages that are pre labeled. Are you kidding me? They tried to charge me $120 to UPS a small (VERY small, fits in an envelope) package to the Midwest. When I said that was crazy they said hey that's the retail rate. THEY DID NOT point out that there is a lower cost USPS available AT THE SAME STORE. And they were snarky to boot. Bad place. read more

They tried to highjack our packages of Nike shoes for $5 a box. They claimed we were taking up too much floor space. There is nothing in their pricing in writing that states this fee. Manager claimed we were flippers and can afford that fee. Can you believe this? They are crooks. read more

Not only was my package never delivered, it was completely destroyed and "thrown out". When asked about my insurance claim it took over 3 weeks for an investigation and was denied due to the boxes. As well as was packaged by the UPS store! Basically, Justin sold me insurance that he knew would never be able to pay out. Justin also promised me he would call me back within 2 days, but due to the headquarter's email about my package going to his "spam folder", he never called me for over a week. Highly recommend you never use this UPS store or Justin's service again. Rude is the nicest way to say how my issue was treated not only by this store but by headquarters. OMG. This store service was the worst one we have ever met. We went to this store on March 15, 2023 around 6 pm and there were two employees there at that time. Initially, a man helped us. Just input a wrong mailing name really rush and he went to work on another thing and let a woman continued to help us. We were totally fine with that. However, the way she talked to us and the way she was looking at us were really rude. We could clearly felt that they were not willing to provide service for us and she didn't even tell us the price and performed impatient for everything. This was unbelievable !!!! and I would say It makes us feel really really scary!!! Besides, the address they input had serval spelling errors including the name spelling and the backspace. This was absolutely irresponsible. The thing really surprised me was that the women's altitudes to us. The store should definitely apologies for what they had done for us! read more

COVID has kept the owner and the staff at the store extremely helpful with overwhelming quantities of returns and drop-offs each day while doing their best to provide excellent service packing, printing, notary services AND keep their customers and staff safe from the virus. Fortunately, the majority of the customers recognize and appreciate their services and have been patient even when they need to wait outside for a few minutes. However, there has been a small business from NYC that used the store as their warehouse for their products and neglect to pick up up to 40 shoe boxes for more than a month when their service contract had expired. This took up space and staff's time which could have been extended to their valuable customers. The "crooks" are the people who try to take advantage of hard-working small businesses and receive a free service. read more

Such horrible service here. The one woman is super nice and very efficient. - she always says "I got you" the other one is so rude and unprofessional. What a terrible experience I had today dealing with her. She actually snapped at me in front of customers and told me she "didn't have time for this". And that it didn't matter that my name was spelled wrong or the mailing address was spelled incorrectly. Nice customer service... Well that's it for me. I don't need to go to this store and be subjected to such unprofessional behavior. I work in HR and I would never accept this type of behavior. There are plenty of other places to mail out boxes - I just had to write this note because I do not want other people to have to experience it. If you go there - ask for the other one... Absolute worst. Went to this store on April 21st with a UPS package that was mistakenly delivered to my address. I asked them if they could take the package and make sure it get properly delivered. They could not. I was told they do not accept UPS packages. Then they said I should wait to see a driver and give it to him; because surely that would be too much for them to do so (and apparently it is impossible for them). Finally was told to put it in the drop box at the street corner. But they could not tell me exactly where the drop box was. Clearly the people working on that day were incompetent and unwilling to help. Save yourself the headache and go to the Washington St location. read more
