The clerk behind the desk (#77) was EXTREMELY knowledgable and guided me in the right direction. This might be her specialty with all the insight and expertise she had. It made me at ease and I was SUPER happy coming here. She even knew what amount to make the checks out for (passport fees, mailing fees, expedite fees, etc). My only issue was the parking which I had to take away 1 star for. They have a row of parking spots, and all were taken. When I walked inside, only 1 customer was before me. How could ALL of the spots be taken and only 1 customer?!?!?!
