Lady behind counter is slow! Spent half an hour with one customer arguing! Not worth the visit!

Very courteous and efficient with my passport renewal. Better than the Jersey City branches we grown accustomed to and have to tolerate.

Unfortunately, my experience today by myself was completely different with a different employee working. The employee today seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in. When I handed him my form and package, he stopped to find the right song on his playlist before even starting my transaction. He also got irritated that I filled out the wrong store-printed form. There were two sheets available -- one for international shipping and one for U.S. shipping. These were not forms being attached to the package itself, and I even offered to fill out the correct one if needed. I asked for the cheapest shipping option for a very small package (about 0.1 lbs that fit in a 6x9 envelope). He chose USPS Flat Rate Priority and quoted me about $25. When I politely questioned whether that was really the cheapest option, he became defensive and explained that FedEx would have cost $35. I watched him enter a 10x12 envelope and switch between USPS and FedEx options, and USPS Ground showed around $10, but he insisted on Flat Rate Priority. At that point, a line had formed behind me and I just wanted to leave, so I paid and left. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, and I won't be returning.

Needed to print some documents. Walked in, job done. Appropriate pricing, happy customer. Thank you…read moreguys!
