Not really any seats for waiting. The staff is nice. Very friendly. The actual appointment is very quick. Once he verified the paperwork and paid with checks, everything was on its way to US dept of states. We got text/email 2 days later saying it's in process. Very convenient.

We stopped by this post office to drop off an international letter. The PO has some parking spots…read moreright in front. The front door opens to a massive hallway filled with PO boxes. The counter area is smaller. In there they have counter top with different forms. Also they have the shipping items like tape, envelopes and boxes for purchase. There was one person working at the store. He had some sort of argument going on with a customer who gave him a $100 bill. He was annoyed that she tool all the change the PO had, loool!!!! He kept arguing with the lady while taking care of next set of customers including handling our letter. But the letter was pretty cheap to mail, we used an international stamp that was good enough.

Since I already know the routine and come prepared with my QR codes ready for printing, the whole process is smooth and takes almost no time at all. If you go early in the morning, there's practically no line. Around 1:00 PM, you might see three or four people ahead of you, but things move quickly and it's a stress-free experience. The facility itself is always very clean, well-organized, and spacious, with plenty of counter space if you need to finish packing your items on-site. Plus, they have two convenient parking lots right next to the building with tons of spots for customers. Overall, I'd give them a 9 out of 10.
