Based on the website and Instagram, it appeared that customers could use cards or tap-to-pay options. However, when I arrived, I learned that the self-service machines only accept quarters. There is no Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, or tap-to-pay option for the washers and dryers. The laundromat does have cards, but those are apparently only issued for drop-off laundry service, not for self-service customers. None of that was clearly explained online. If you're planning to do your own laundry, make sure you bring plenty of quarters before heading over. On the positive side, the facility was clean and the machines looked well maintained. However, I also found the pricing higher than my usual laundromat. The medium washers were about $7.75, the larger washers were over $9, and the dryers cost 25¢ per cycle. I'm sharing this simply so others know what to expect and don't make a special trip assuming card or mobile payment options are available.

I was in an accident and living in a rehabilitation facility while I heal. Unfortunately some complications kept me from being able to get my laundry done this week and I was quickly running out of clothes. I called Grace's just to simply ask if they offer a pick up and delivery service, which they do. I expected a couple days turnaround and potential he not even a pick up until the following day. Not only did they pick up my laundry within the half hour, but they had it returned to me only a few hours later. I don't know if they could check that quickly every day, but I'm incredibly appreciative of not only their speed of service but the friendly attitude and smile in which it was delivered. Anyone can do your laundry, but not everyone will do it because they appreciate you. This is a fantastic local business that will proudly earn you as a customer.

They are so pleasant and always available. There are no lines and everything is completed in a timely manner. It is absolutely worth mentioning that they have always been available for walk-in alterations (very often). They have done some amazing work where I've had to have dresses almost fully taken a part or adjusted (pregnant bridesmaid problems!). The integrity they have for high quality clothing is phenomenal. I had to have an embroidered gown altered and they provided me with many options for maintaining the integrity of the dress and solving my fit issues. They never want to gouge people on pricing and if something particular has to be done or shipped out or fixed they'll tell you if they think it's worth doing or not. I recommend them to all my friends who need alterations or dry cleaning services - near and far!
