There's not much room to move around in here due to the bags and piles of drop off laundry. The machines for the customers are old Maytags. They have no double wash or double rinse option. This is a very big deal to those of us with sensitive skin. I had to do a second wash of a quick cycle which was the same price as a regular wash and takes up more time then a simple double rinse would. There are new machines, BUT they all are marked 'attendant only'. So the nicest machines are reserved for the drop off service. Just wow. The attendant asked me to move my laundry bags off the counter right by the machine I was using because she was going to fold clothes there. I'm a paying customer, I shouldn't have had to carry my bags outside. Very rude. I don't like leaving them on top of machines because it can be sticky/dirty. Upon going outside to sit, I found a bench broken to the point metal stuck out and someone could get hurt. One plus is they have a few small top loaders so you can easily do a small load. Basically this place tends mainly to drop off, which should be noted. I've been to many laundromats and have never seen such a large amount of machines reserved for an attendant. Typically I just see them using any available machine. Not the greatest experience.

Sonic Suds sent out flyers in the mail saying it was "50% off all washers" during the grand opening. Being clean & brand new, this would be the time to check it out. I go to the Dollar Tree in this strip mall often, and have never had an issue parking, but today it was full. It's a pretty day so I guess everyone's out and about. Only waited a minute and got a spot. There are big blue carts out front for you to unload your bigger laundry hauls, then push up the ramp. Convenient! There are also metal rolling baskets inside. I grabbed one of those since I didn't have much. Did a lap around to see what the deal was. You buy a card from the wall machine off to the right by the office. I used a credit card, but you can use cash or EBT, starting at $10. Then choose the right size washer for your needs. The price increases according to volume and extras a la McD's: 20lb= $1.59 up to 80lbs= $5.39. You can Supersize with extra rinses or washes for $1 or more. I went with two 30lb machines, no supersizing needed. I'm not sure what the 50% off applies to, but if these washers were double the price regularly I'd reconsider. Next time I go back I'll have to inquire where the discount comes in. I set my temperatures, and found a table in back to read a paper. 25 minutes later my laundry was clean. Off to the dryers. A standard dryer is $.54 per 10 minutes. Takes about 4-5 rounds. There are super sized dryers at a higher price, but I think two smaller loads dry clothes better than one large load. Probably good for comforters. Folding tables are available. So are soap and softener in a vending machine for purchase. There are snack machines, arcade games and bathrooms for customers in the back, and lots of tvs to keep you entertained. There were plenty of open machines and chairs to sit in while waiting, and free Wi-Fi to stream. The Password is on the back wall. Overall it was a great experience. I'll be back as many times as it takes until the machine at home is fixed.

In addition, my son left his credit card in the pocket of his jeans. We were immediately notified of it and it was returned with the clothes. Would highly recommend. We were in a pinch-- on a road trip with 2 teenagers, an extra large load of laundry, and needed it done on a Sunday. We reached out to 3 companies, and Abby was the only one who was able to do it. The second company supposedly only did "doorman" buildings, and the third never responded. Abby filled the niche in the market, and we hope her business thrives. Use her!

I found Abby and contracted her for my program over a year ago.Used her for my personal home…read moreservice slowly but surely kept raising rates. Didn't complain plus I provided my own laundry stuff for her to use rather than what she offered. Instead of contacting me first for an added cost she just tacked on extra money for a bathroom mat. Told her not to wash the mat then. She cancelled the service and dropped off wet clothes instead Of finishing the job. Her business practices and communication is lacking along with her professionalism Most of the time clothes would come back damp always had to remind her to make sure they were dry . Poor business etiquette she claims she was giving me discounts can't see how if it goes by weight. I weighed each bag every time. Plus I supplied her with laundry stuff Found out today she was putting my dryer sheets in with the wash? Who does that. Ruined a shower curtain never cared or replaced it lost a number of socks claiming it was there. Lacks simple customer service respect. Every other week price would go up without mentioning it first would just add it to invoice when questioned it's because she's a single mom. I empathized. The fact that she left my wet clothes in bags on my patio was beyond ridiculous I would have told her not to wash the mat. She should be ashamed for treating clients belongings like that. Regardless of prior praise constant raising rates without telling the client prior to invoicing lack of communication which is vital to customer service period only reason I got any discounts was because I supplied my own laundry products. Any other real professional would have finished the job received payment and concluded doing business with the client. Not throwing their wet clothes unfinished on their patio. Gas prices have nothing to do with service since this was a review from a couple of years back that doesn't come into play now. I just forgot to post this. Beware
