For the Acton review, please read my review for what they did to me a few years ago. However, I like this place because they don't really rush you. Yes, sometimes there's a line but I think that they are cognizant and tries to make things as nice as possible. I've been here a few years now, so I'm acclimating from Boston life to Surburban life... and it could be overwhelming at first... but these people are hometown people who are nice if you give them a chance. I don't think that older gentleman is here anymore, but I got a chance to meet him and I think that he was ok... not to discount anyone's previous experiences... but he was nice to me when I was really stressed when I first moved around this area. Karen, the other lady (sorry, I forgot your name), and the gentleman with glasses are all really sweet.

The postmark reads "Magnolia" rather than Gloucester and maps, GPS units, and city maps all disagree on what town this is. However my experience there this morning wasn't good. Not familiar with the location I wasn't sure if they prefer prepaid/ labeled packages given to them directly at the windows....or if they have a bin to drop them in. So I decided to ask and got in line. The 2 clerks who were obviously having some type of amusing conversation among themselves at the time both shot me looks from....well, you know where. The way they answered me was beyond condescending... very uncomfortable to say the least. So much so that I just pushed my packages thru the plexiglass and walked out. There is absolutely no need to treat a customer this way! And I hope these juveniles don't decide to drop the packages in a circular file....so I WILL be tracking them.... Yes, the packages & the clerks if need be : - )))

Sadly, the survey did not work (um, hello Maritz Research People??!!) so I want to Yelp out to the little Shawsheen PO Branch: I have yelped a few PO's before.... one nice review in Washington DC, and the rest not-so-nice. This PO is very nice, and Michelle is great. I would hate to think that because this is one of those tucked-away locations (even though it is on the main road) this could be a location slated for closure, so if you live nearby, GO HERE!!!!! Really, when is the last time you had a nice postal experience????

I had to go to my car and get the tracking number wait in line again, and what do you know. Jim is able to find it this time in the HUGE pile of 3 packages that were in the corner. Pound sand Jim!
