My god do I hate these individuals. Friendly chit chat that doesn't make lines grow, or you're waiting cool, just don't blab endlessly because you're bored. Not good. Then there are the lovely people that are clueless about sending packages. Here's an idea, have your package prepped and taped well before ya get there. Huge helo to all. Now, the revolving door of clueless mailmen that are overwhelmed, oblivious to time, or new that come all hours of the night I hear ya. Maybe get a PO Box for just packages. Huge relief there And they're timely and quick. As for the lobby and service rarely any issues here unless an occasional misplaced package, Bloody hell people, we all lose or misplace stuff. And it's nothing like down south where you're lucky if they scan stuff. Trust me I know. You want bad customer service talk to Comcast. These guys are fine by me. I rarely do things like this so I think that says if all. Lighten up.

Came in recently to have some prints made. Have been a 25 year customer for everything from notary…read moreservice, supplies and copies to shipping and more. Got a lot of attitude, moaning, eyerolls for a simple print job that took 15 minutes and was made out to be much more than it was. They have 3 big office grade printers on site to print my lowly 100 pages. David the former owner, rest his soul, was an affable, nice man with a sense of humor who was very helpful. It's unfortunate that the crew there now does not possess his nature, and a cheerful, service-minded approach to customers. I didn't ask them to box up 50 Christmas gifts and fill out the slips. They had to simply click and print about a 100 pages. Not rocket science. Congratulations, you lost my families 25 year loyal business over a bad attitude and muttering under your breath. Small business is all about customer service. If that's too difficult, then maybe find something else to do.

Not only did they accept my returns…read morewith ease and grace (especially given I had been turned away at 2 Walgreen's), they also offered to help tape to help tape my returns and hand delivered them to the FedEx truck who was loading up! She helped me when my business was located in the Shaw's Plaza over 17 years ago with the same kind and helpful manner. Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.

Shipping does cost a little more than some other places, but (for me) it was well worth it to ensure that my packages were packed and delivered on time and undamaged. Also, whenever I need the packing materials they have them right there in the store and they don't mind helping me secure whatever I'm shipping. They are much easier and more helpful than the post office and I really like going to a local/family business over one of the bigger chains.
