Came to pick up today and they were piled on top of each other, wrinkled and still wet. Now I have to do more work in addition to what I would have done anyway. Not to mention, spend more time rehanging everything at home so it can dry properly. Wish I did not pay for this service. It was not communicated that they don't hang clothes. I guess it's my stupidity for assuming they'd be dry when I picked them up 2 days later. The ladies are very nice and working hard so I don't mean to disparage them, but I'm frustrated that I just paid for my clothes to be worse off than they would be if I did them myself and want to give anyone else thinking about trying this service a heads up.

In my life there have been a handful of times when a business truly floored me with their service,…read moremy experience with Supersuds was one of them. I only used their wash/fold service once about two years ago but it was one of the best experiences I've had as a customer, period. Kostas was extremely quick to respond and communicative through the entire process. In 2015 I lived in a basement apartment that was very humid, to the point where after a few months of living there all of my clothes had developed that awful musty mildew smell. Even after moving out the smell would not come out despite trying all the tricks people recommend. I hated the idea of losing a large portion of my wardrobe but also despised catching that scent multiple times through the day. I contacted Supersuds as a last resort before throwing away a large amount of clothes. I explained the situation and Kostas was honest and said he couldn't promise anything but he would do his very best and use all resources available. I told Kostas up front I was absolutely willing to pay more than the listed rates for the extra care I was requesting. He REFUSED saying he would only charge me the normal wash/fold price. He even came to my apartment to pick up and drop off my clothes. I got the clothes back, and a few days later opened the bag with little hope the smell would truly be gone. I could not believe how good the clothes smelled. Clean, fresh, and the musty odor was completely absent and never returned. You will not find better service, if you're looking for a place to do, or to have your laundry done, stop looking. This is the one.
