There is a quarter machine that takes only bills up to 20 dollar denomination so leave the credit card and smart apps at home. If you forget your laundry soap, bleach or softener there is a cash only machine as well. They offer a drop off and pickup and drop off service which is a great for those without cars or unable to walk. It's clean, has large screen TV and small vending machine with a few snacks all costing just one dollar!

This place has the largest washer ($9 -$9.50 per cycle, but it fits at least 6 loads, they have two on hand.) and dryer (has at least a 3.5 foot diameter, possibly 4) 6 mins/50 cents, they also have two on hand.) which is a lifesaver if you're washing bulky items. The downtown Salem and Peabody SLCs do not have these larger washers and dryers. -.25 star for having a bit of litter on the ground. -.25 star for a poorly spaced folding tables (they are all bunched together, so it is hard to get to the dryers. -1 star for a lack of an attendant/bathroom.

I'd pay through the nose to get a dry cleaner as good as Nor'east. I loved the delivery service when I was living full time on Cape Ann. There was an instance where they damaged a shirt and no fuss, they immediately compensated me for it. My clothes were clean, available on time, the staff is friendly -- Nor'east is ideal for a professional who has a lot of dry cleaning and they want their clothes done right.

They shrunk my clothes and raveled straps and set in two stains - these clothes had never seen the inside of a dryer. Troy was completely unapologetic, spoke over me and invalidated my concerns, and was patronizing. My clothes also smelled like chemicals, and they were not conscious with the drying like their website advertises.
